Amazing stay nearby Jomtien Beach.

Amazing staff, 5 min walk to the beach. Everyday cleaning of the rooms.

Big rooms, nice beds and amazing view.

It was terrible to stay here. No WiFi, no service up to standard, will never stay this hotel again. No hot water available in room for baby milk.

It was IK. I have been staying several times before, but 20 years ago. Trey have renovated and everything was clean.

This hotel is maybe suitable for big groups that they travel by bus. They simplified all the fasilities for the sake of good price.

Got a lower class room than we ordered and had to argue to get the room we paid for, Telefon in room did not work so we could not call reception, towels were dirty, one water for share in the room. No WiFi on the room only in lobby, dirty rooms and terrace, sticky floored, horrible breakfast - no cheese/ham aso. Top of the line was the staff with an attitude that was not very nice. When checking out they wanted to check room before we left and came running with two towels with a spot of face powder. They wanted us to pay extra for that. Amazing! Will never go back there. In the beginning of the four days we contacted the organizer but they did not do anything.

When I arrived at my room it hadn't been cleaned. It took 20 minutes to find a maid to clean it.

All the lights are off in the restaurant but there are a few tables in the reception area where you can eat from a poor menu selection. No ice available with drinks.

The cashier staff refused to change a 1,000 baht note for a taxi I needed

This hotel is 400m from the beach and has plenty of eating , massage , bars , ticket agents nearby also ATM and 7/11 close.Songtel can get you to Pattaya for 20 baht. The hotel mainly caters for Chinese buses , breakfast is very average , noise and pushy , not pleasent.I upgraded to a full sea view which was great.No kettle or coffee supplied in room; no wifi in any rooms ; no balcony furniture.If you can't find somewhere better your not looking hard enough.

Although the rooms comfortable it was not an enjoyable stay. On arrival staff very short, little to no English and unhelpful.

Although advertised as having Wifi it was only in the lobby, which meant you would have to sit with sometimes up to 50 other guests trying to use the service which was already slow!

No kettles in room, well no facilities at all. The pool is ok but very small amount of loungers and in bad state.

For such a large hotel with lots of potential they really need to up their game if they want to have return bookings as we would most definetly not rebook there!

The room was nice and it had a good view of the beach however that was the only positives. A boat yard situated to the side of the hotel will wake you up from 05:30, the air conditioning is the loudest I've ever experienced even on it's lowest level, NO WIFI IN THE ROOMS it's only available in the lobby and even then it's terrible. Reception staff were not helpful in the slightlest, breakfast was either Asian which was ok but the western selection was toast with undercooked eggs and hot dogs. Would not go back at even half the price I paid

Friendly staff- allowed us to check in several hours early. Did not have Wi-Fi in the rooms, did not have mini bar or any extras but comfortable and clean. Safe location close to beach

hotel is well maintained. room was so clean. 2 minutes walk to jomtien beach and all nearby attractions are easy accessible. im only disappointed about the reception, initially he didn't given me the right room. instead of my 2 connecting room booking he tried to fake and give me single room with extra bed. I had to argue to get what I have paid for. Either way I'm so happy about the hotel. I will recommend this hotel to family guest for a peaceful stay.

This hotel is situated in minutes walking range from the beach, has a clean and decent size swimming pool, a large lobby and a wi fi internet connection, accessible from the lower floor s (on 12 th floor wasn't any and the hotel has 18 floors). However, for those that relay on internet they have to know that, as soon as the network is crowded with guests, will not function for a while.
