The air conditioner in our room was not cooling properly. Among all the staff, only one person was attentive and helped us find a better room with an AC that worked well. Unfortunately, no other staff members offered assistance.

Üldiselt väga tore hotell, teenindus võiks olla oluliselt parem.
Pros:

Hotell väga mugav, ilus ja puhas, suurepärased vaated mägedele ja linnale. Samas majas asub ka kaubanduskeskus, kust oli võimalik leida vajalikud reisitarbed ja ka toidupood.

Cons:

Personal väga tagasihoidlik ja õnnetu, näiteks pesu tagasisaamine pesumajast nõudis väga palju sekeldamist.
Restoran väga ilus (, supervaade; asub basseiniga samal korrusel), kuid toidud kehvad ja teenindus tagsihoidlik. Hommikusöök maitsetu ja valik väike (ainus lihatoode oli kuivanud kanatükid). Ka a la carte toidud polnud maitsvad. Alkoholi müüakse ainult pudelikaupa.

Pros:

The staffs are exceptionally good, respectful and very attentive to our request. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights..the hotel is mindful enough to inform us earlier that there's are 3 nights events for New year countdown at the nearby spaces at the hotel parking space. We don't really mind of the noise anyway 😄.. The best part is that our family of 5 was treated for free new year dinner at the hotel!.
