Pros:

We were met by Lilly, very nice person.
The location was central to all KLCC activities.
Nice view of the KL Tower at night.
We would use these facilities again when we are next in Malaysia.

入住花了40分钟。被带入的房间发现已有客人入住，异常惊讶。然后，再行调整。拨打预订的电话，房主告诉我，他们没有通过expedia发布消息。没有前台，只有一个联络人，住在23楼，从楼上下来接待我们。午夜两点到达，飞机晚点，孩子们都很疲惫，但是花了四十分钟不断交涉，最终找到另外一间，入住。而后的体验都还不错，我相信他们在努力帮助我们，非常感谢，但是，服务需意愿，也需要能力。选择的平台过多，又无法及时登记，难免出现时间冲突。问题的出现并非偶然
