Schöne Zimmer, gepflegte Anlage, nettes Personal.

Cons:

Es liegt zu weit außerhalb, man braucht einen Roller.Pool war leider ohne Wasser ,da defekt.

Pros:

Nice place with comfortable rooms in a great setting. Good for a night before doing the Mekong cruise to Luang Prabang.

Cons:

Unfortunately we booked because it had a pool and it's still not in use. There was music playing all night from somewhere out the back.

Pros:

Beautiful room, really nice view and resort area near pool very nice to relax. One incredible staff member actually saved us because our car cancelled to get to the border and she was on her way to work and saw us walking and dropped us off at the border!! Absolutely went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful!!

Attractive but remote property. Did not stay: pool unusable.

The property was attractive, but we were only there for half an hour.

Cons:

We had booked mainly because the property featured a large, central pool. We had planned a relaxing day by the pool before we started a Mekong River cruise. When we arrived at about 7:00 pm (fully dark), the pool had about 18 INCHES of water in it and was obviously unusable. The proprietor said she had emptied the pool because previous guests had defecated and vomited in the pool; she was adamant that the pool was "fine" for swimming and became verbally abusive when we disagreed on its suitability. She ordered us off the property.

We made another booking (through Booking) at a riverside hotel in town: better location, lovely customer service, excellent food and a pool with water in it! Stay somewhere else.

Pros:

Wir waren Ende Oktober 2025 im Ressort. Überwiegend keine weiteren Gäste. Das Ressort Team war super. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Einziger Nachteil, der Pool war in Reparatur und nicht nutzbar.

Pros:

The room was really big and comfy.

Cons:

The pool was not filled up, we did not know this when we booked the room. Also the hot water was not working and there where used blocks of soap in the shower. It also looked like the owners where having an argument, they where really load.

Pros:

Plenty of space. Hostess had a good command of English. Good food, nice pool, lovely place to eat. We left our swimming gear behind and the hosts went out of their way to send it on

Cons:

We arrived and where told there was no food available in the day and a sparse breakfast. There suggestion was we rented a bike from them to into town.
Additionally despite claiming to be a three star hotel they did not have basics like a hair drier.

A lot of mosquitos and other insects. We asked for a dinner, and the hostess prepared and served food for like 6 people (for 3 persons), we didn't eat even a half. At checkout we were surprised by the bill... (food more expensive than the night)...

Super friendly and comfortable
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable stay. The place is full of green, well looked after and has a huge swimming pool (25m).
The owner is very friendly and looked after our well being all the time. On request you get a delicious dinner and breakfast.
The hotel is a little outside of town but has a quick access to the Mekong boardwalk and from there it is a beautiful walk along the river. A must do!

Pros:

Property advertises as a resort, but there only pool was under repairs due to some leaks. What was extremely disappointing is that they did not warn us about the broken pool. This was extremely selfish, as reservation clearly had indicated we are arriving with young children.
