Pros:

The facilities in the serviced apt are fairly good & the service staff ( actually a family staying in the compound ) are friendly . Good location , good open view around the building .

Pros:

You need to pay in USD ,or else hosts and people around wont be happy! Yah you heard it correctly.I guess they expect people with golden hair and USD, than Indians with INR.After-all these service apartments are supposed to keep hosts happy than guests,wright? Approach and co-operation was very pathetic.I would not suggest this apartments for anyone who wants to stay in coorg and have a peaceful time.You can find much better place with same price tag.Included breakfast was just kinda namesake.This service apartment would be in my last option category, even if its end of world!

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. It is a shared apartment. That means, the common space can be used by anyone who books available rooms. My parents enjoyed the stay. However, the fellow flat mates kept the common spaces so messy. It is just that certain travellers have no regard for others.
The rooms were spacious and had all the facilities. I would recommend this place considering the amenities provided and the amazing owner.
