Pros:

Vi skulle bruge en billig overnatning i nærheden af Volkspark Stadion. Og det fik vi. Selve lejligheden var ren og rummelig. Omgivelserne er ikke noget at skrive hjem om.

Zimmer war sauber, die Lage zum Volksparkstadion war Gut!

Cons:

war eindeutig zu Warm im Zimmer und kein Ventilator oder Klima vorhanden!!
Der Preis für nur Übernachtung war bisschen gesalzen!

Die Lage im Industriegebiet
Dringende Renovierung der Innenausstattung nötig
Kein Fahrstuhl (zu spät bemerkt)
Sauberkeit im Treppenhaus lässt zu wünschen übrig
Beim späterer Rückkehr ins Hotel saß eine Dame des Nachtlebens neben der Rezeption
Im Bereich des Hotels ist ein Club, der bis morgens um 3-4 Uhr Musik spielt. Die Bässe halten einen vom Schlafen ab
Privatzimmer ( Laute Nachbar) neben unserem Hotelzimmer und über die Schuhe dieses Privatzimmer ist man im Flur fast gestolpert

Kurze und schlechte Nacht nach einem Konzert
Pros:

- Ruhiges Zimmer
- Sauberes und relativ neues Badezimmer

Cons:

- Abgebrochener Klodeckel
- Dusche läuft sehr schlecht ab
- Matratze extrem durchgelegen
- extrem schlechte Luft (Starker Cannabisgeruch und ein über den Rauchmelder gespannter Müllbeutel…)

Pros:

Lage zum Stadion. Gute Ausstattung.

Der Club nebenan ist einfach viel zu laut. Man kann nicht schlafen. Schade

Pros:

Nähe zum Volksparkstadion. Rezeption wurde nach Anruf besetzt. Fanden wir ok. Parkplatz war kostenlos auf dem Gelände.
Zimmer waren sauber und für eine Übernachtung ausreichend. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse, hätte man nicht vermutet.

Cons:

In der einen Hälfte des Gebäudes befindet dich ein BDSM/ Swingerclub welcher sich über 3 Etagen erstreckt. Extremer Lärm bis 04:30 Uhr am Morgen. Das Umfeld des Hotels ist sehr ungepflegt.
Schäden an Möbeln, Toilettendeckel fehlte, Wasser in der Dusche lief schlecht ab.
