ambiente das pessoas hospedadas educadas.

Qdo cheguei as 18h pedi 2h a mais para check-out e a funcionária nem se deu ao trabalho de perguntar a alguem ja foi falando , mais 80. Sorriso nao quer dizer competência e habilidade de comunicação e bom humor. Fiquei praticamente umas 14h e regularam 2h. Normalmente os hotéis abrem ssta exceção. Cama ruim . TV ruim. Banheiro quase escorreguei. Dormindo se escuta conversa do outro quarto e ate tosse , graças a Deus eram pessoas educadas pois as paredes pareciam de papelão. No restaurante pedi um prato com carne q deveria ter 100 gramas a carne . No banheiro so tinha um sabonete. Chamo estas coisas de economia porca.

Café da manhã e cuidado com o hotel em geral, atendimento, limpeza e organização.

Cons:

Estrutura do quarto poderia ser um pouco melhor e pelo tamanho do hotel ter uma área kids seria interessante para quem está com crianças, mas entendo que o local parece mais para quem está a trabalho.

Fiquei no a9 e no a8 tinha um casal que ficou com som alto em alguns momentos, o cobertor que estava no quarto parecia sujo com algo, dps que meu marido viu nao utilizamos mais, nesse ponto precisam de mais atenção. Parecia uma sujeira encrustada na manta.
