Very good experience overall, from the room condition and comfort to the friendliness of the staff, as well as very good food in the restaurant at the main level. I was impressed with the quality and functionality of the pluming in the bathroom, the ventilation, the adjustable heat any time of the day, and the little refrigerator was a great addition to the quality of the stay. I recommend it with my whole heart!

Very good VALUE FOR MONEY, we stayed 2 person, me and my boyfriend, for 100 lei/night (~22 euro) Room was with balcony, pretty clean, staff was friendly. Restaurant it’s ok with tasty food. I’ll probably come back!

Very nice room with balcony, comfortable bed, table for workspace, good service in rerception

I booked here through Booking and I chose to stay here just because the room had a balcony included. After arriving, however, my room did NOT have a balcony. I went down to the reception - and a woman told me I was wrong - I had a budget room with no balcony. No matter what I said she told me upfront that I was wrong. I then gave her the confirmation of a paid room with balcony - and she called for another man to talk to me at the reception. He kept saing the confirmation didn´t matter, it´s a budget room with no balcony. If I want a balcony, it cost extra. And if I didn´t like it - well, then there were plenty of other hotels close by. I have been to about 100 countries and I probably stayed at thousends of places - and this is the very first time I actually LEAVE a paid place! My friend didn´t want to look for another hotel in the pouring rain, but I felt very badly treated and I left. I ended up at Imperial Hotel just crossing the street. It was great! No rude staff and no tricks. I got what I paid for. And in the end it´s of course not about the balcony, it´s about how you treat your costumers, how you handle a problem and of course give to your paying costumers what they actually paid for (and have proof of). Btw I believe the room was 28, if someone else end up in the same situation. (But please don´t stay here, just cross the street).

Dirty, noisy, awful rooms. I got a room with no windows. At 7:15 the cleaning ladies started arguing in front of my room. Low cost services at their worst. Also, don’t eat at their restaurant even for breakfast.

The hotel staff do not smile or try to help. The breakfast is hopeless and moreover there is no lift nor is there a Porter to take your bags upstairs!

I stayed here for two nights with my brother and his wife. We shared a room with a full bed and a twin bed. The room was nice and the bathroom was clean. There was one window which looked onto the roof. Being summer, it was fairly warm in the room and a fan would have been a nice addition. Although the hotel is located on a busy road, our room was far enough back from the road that noise was not an issue.

I was there a year ago, for just one night, but sincerely, I regret it! I was on a long road and I stopped here just to take a bath and to sleep. I was shocked even by the reception bar, because there they had condoms to sell. After that night I understood why. They doesn`t have any hair dryer, any shampoo or shower gel in the room, the beds are very small and from my room the view was... oh, there was no view.

Room very dirty, doors deteriorated, very noisy, no rooms with AC, breakfast poor, not many choices! never come back there! They told us that the hotel has 3 stars but I think that 2 stars is too much for this location!

No window curtains, at least in the room we stayed (3rd floor). There were no duvet covers, just some one-sided sheets for the blankets, which are terrible, full of holes in them. So if you want to stay in this hotel bring your own bedding and make sure you get a room that has window curtains.

Also, the restaurant isn't that great, but the breakfast is decent.
