Zeer goed.
Pros:

Zeer netjes en zeer rustig gelegen ver weg van de drukte. De bediening in het restaurant is zeer goed snel en zeer vriendelijk personeel en het ontbijt is zeer lekker en het avond eten is oke niet whaw.

Cons:

Geen kamerjassen en geen koffie /thee op de kamer.
Weinig verluchting in de badkamer.
Katten die in het restaurant rondlopen is volgens mij onaanvaardbaar.
Geen dresscode ‘s avonds er komen mensen in short eten … als directie zou je op ten minste een opmerking moeten maken !!!

Beste Auszeit im April
Pros:

Lage war wirklich unfassbar schön und das Essen hat uns auch komplett überzeugt - wir hatten erst nur Frühstück gebucht und am ersten Abend im Hotel gegessen und waren so begeistert, dass wir das für die anderen 6 Abende als Halbpension dazu gebucht haben. Vorallem als Vegetarier ist es meistens nach einer gewissen Zeit eintönig zu essen - aber das war hier gar nicht der Fall.
Absolute Empfehlung auch von der Einrichtung, Gemütlichkeit und Wohlbefinden.
Wir hatten Bauarbeiten im Nebenzimmer und haben gefragt, ob wir hier eine Lösung finden, da wir morgens um 8 Uhr geweckt wurden dadurch - wir durften in ein anderes freies Zimmer umziehen, also auch vielen Dank dafür!

A very nice location for doing water sports.
Pros:

The location is very nice and the staff is super friendly. Everything was very clean and the atmosphere was relaxing.

Cons:

The pool was not well heated (if at all).

It was okay the location saved it
Pros:

Location was Gorg! Just a little far from the main hot spots so you need a car.

Cons:

No coffee machine?, pool area looks bigger in the pictures then in real life, and the staff for some reason couldn’t supply bottles of water at the front desk very odd for a 4 star hotel, also parking is advertised as on site when it’s not it’s behind the location, the gym and water sports are also separate from the main location, the food was also not great needs some work.

Frühstück war perfekt...es ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Das Service Personal in den unterschiedlichen Einrichtungen( Essen, Bar, Pool etc.) war unglaublich schnell und perfekt. Gratulation hierzu.

Cons:

Wir kamen am 6.3.26 gegen 17.00 h mit dem Mietwagen im Hotel an und wurden auch von einer unglaublich Hilfsbereiten Person zum Zimmer geleitet.
Was danach kam ist und war ein Unverschämtheit . In der Zimmertür klafft ein 1 cm breiter Türspalt, durch diesen hat die ganze Nacht der Wind gepfiffen. Die Türfüllung ins Bad war ,morsch rechts und links, in der Dusche Schimmel. Beim Handwaschbecken und Bidet lief das Wasser nicht ab. Die Armatur war durch Kalk blockiert, was auf längeren Nichtgebrauch schließen lässt. Ein Wechsel des Zimmers wurde von der Rezeption abgelehnt. Auf das Argument, dass solch ein Zimmer nicht vermietet werden darf , wurde nicht reagiert. Zwei Tage später wurde dann rechts und links von uns alles renoviert. Wir durften also die ganze Zeit das Hämmer, Bohren und Sägen ertragen. Wie gesagt ein 4-Sterne Hotel. Auf eine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung warten wir noch heute.

Relaxing, friendly, quiet, perfect location
Pros:

This hotel met my expectations in every way. From the warm greeting on arrival from reception to the amazing view of the lagoon. We choose a garden room which was great a really good size room with private garden. The Sun beds on the patio were really comfortable. The overall feeling was of relaxing and quiet nature. Every staff member were very helpful and extremely pleasant. The pool area was lovely and very well kept you can order food and drink to your lounger with the help of QR Codes. I think perhaps on some days there was a shortage of sun loungers by the pool with some people doing the towel on the lounger in the morning routine and then disappearing for portions of the day but I am not sure the hotel can do anything about that. We were happy to lounge on our terrace and then go up for swim when we wanted. The breakfast buffet and lunch were really good. We enjoyed drinks in the bar in the evening and played games which are supplied. Overall 10 out of 10.

Cons:

I would have liked alternative to buffet dinner only option was room service

Great hotel, location and staff.
Pros:

This is a fantastic hotel. The location is superb, great view over the lagoon, short walk to beautiful beaches and easy access to longer walks along the coast and inland. The food (breakfast and buffet evening meal) was wonderful (high quality and varied). The staff were brilliant. Professional, friendly and very helpful. I would particularly like to high light the two gentlemen who were on the front desk on the morning of our departure (Friday 21/3/26) who found us an urgent taxi to take us to the airport when our Shuttle did not arrive. Excellent all round.
