The building and facilities seem relatively new and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
At the price, I would not call the experience a value. This hotel is better fitted for business trips rather than tourism.
Excellent room, with good fitness center and good buffet breakfast. Spinach & onion quiche were terrific!! Front desk staff and overall management were terrific!

Rooms were clean and the staff was great and very friendly.
In very a good location. The hotel is clean nice . We were with a dog and kids. Room is clean, no smell. Everything super!
I was surprised, for breakfast no oatmeal, no omelet. Not any hot breakfast.
Water pressure in the shower
Each and every single staff member were super accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. They were so very kind and helpful from giving us with directions, recommending several places to go throughout Green Bay, and the check in/check out was a breeze !
We took full advantage of all the excellent clean and well kept amenities they had in their property. Outdoor fire place with comfortable seating, the clean warm pool, and their breakfast. And of course we enjoyed the many beautiful sunsets that we were able to watch from the hotel pool and fire place.
Would highly suggest coming here! Big shout out to Em at the front desk who took my call a few times, the bartender and cleaning staff. Great mini fall getaway for our annual fall mom & daughter vacation! Very pleased with their hotel abs was very Family-friendly!

Great place to stay when coming to town for a Brewer’s game. Short walk. Friendly staff.
Stayed 1 night here. Overall a good experience. The gym was efficient except that the ventilation could have been better. We stayed in room.429. Room was fine and well played out. Nicole checked us both on and out quickly and without any issue. The morning breakfast was fine although some of the dry cereal was soggy. Despite the few issues, if we were ever in Green Bay, we definitely would stay here again.

We came to town to experience a Packer game at Lambeau Field. The Residence Inn is just a couple of miles from the stadium, offering reasonable prices.
I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 10 am. Their customer service is also commendable.
The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, from hot food to fresh pastries and fruits.
