Fora esses dois incidentes foi muito boa.
Pros:

das acomodações, do café da manhã, da água saborisada e do cafézinho sempre a disposição na recepção.

Cons:

do atendimento de alguns funcionários: o atendente que ao perguntarmos sobre restaurante (dia 06/03/2026 horário: vespertino) mentiu que o Restaurante Lo de Beto havia fechado, que não recomendava o Gardel Restaurante e Parrillada e nos mandou no Benedetto Steakhouse (uma decepção)!
Na noite seguinte ficamos sabendo que tínhamos sido enganados, ficamos muito chateados, e pensando porque fez aquilo conosco... também no check out (08/03/2026) a atendente foi grosseira ao perguntarmos sobre a cotação do dólar aplicada pelo hotel.

el desayuno muy completo y el confort de la habitación es muy bueno

Cons:

por el precio y el nivel en el que quiere ubicar este hotel, el estacionamiento debería estar incluido. Al llegar de noche, cansado con toda la familia, me dicen q el estacionamiento no está incluido, que debo abonarlo aparte.
