Beautiful boutique hotel with a nice pool
Room was bright, bed comfy

Mr Seng and his team do everything they can to make your stay at G&Z boutique Hotel as relaxing and comfortable as possible. From organising tours (full marks to Ben for organising our sunrise trip to Angkor Wat) to providing everything you need. When we couldn’t make the television work, a member of staff was up instantly to fix it. When we needed some ice, we got it straight away. Nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel itself is just a 10 minute walk from the Night Market and Pub Street but far enough away to be peaceful. The pool area is serene and tranquil and rooms are spacious with a large balcony.

The G&Z group has initiative which aims to provide gainful employment to Speech hearing impaired citizens and two of our waiting staff were part of this scheme. The couple were lovely and taught me a few words of sign when we ate a lovely meal there on our first night. Thank you both 🙏

We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Siem Reap

Friendly,welcoming,well positioned,only 10 minutes walk to Pub Street. Plenty of tuk tuks nearby and only $1 if you haggle Rooms are quite large but only 1 chair and bedside table in a double. The pool is a great asset after a hard day sightseeing. Well informed travel desk☺

Very tropical and cozy. Nice hotel and lovely restaurant to the opposite. Very clean. friendly staff. The only bad part is wifi is way too slow!

Great place to stay,great staffs,very clean,very good environment,great location for tourists that are close to everything you want,swimming pool also very clean,foods are great but a little pricey,
Anyway I would recommend to families and friends.

The unique about the property is the pool in the center and large/deep enough for swimming. Tropical trees all around property when rain creating moskito bites in the room.

Staff were very kind and helpful. They prepared breakfast box for us so that we can check out early morning and go to see sunrise.

Good and comfortable for rest.

We have stayed in this property several times for a total of perhaps 1 month. The place is potentially a paradise but the new management has decided to yield to local realities by more actively attracting Chinese and Korean tourists. This means that you are likely to be woken up by noisy groups anytime between 5 and 9am which never happened before. Such is Siem Reap now though...

Excellent hotel, the staff is so helpful and polite, nice rooms and the pool was perfect.

Location was excellent. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to meet your requests. Only thing i didnt like was there were too many mosquitoes in our room and the phone didnt work

The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Some of the amenities provided were not in good condition.
The travel desk was not efficient. Even after specifying our tour requirement and booking for service(had given them reminder the previous day 2 times) they had not booked the car until we were ready to start our trip that morning.
The service provided by the staff was very inefficient and had to repeat orders and remind them to get the ordered food every morning for breakfast, most of the staff not available and had to getup and search for service(first three days),after complaint increased number of staff though, but still inefficient.
The breakfast had limited options.

The hotel rooms are comfortable and spacious. The pool provides a good option to escape the afternoon heat. The hotel consistently booked nice tour options and Mr. Chan was a great driver to have for the tours. The downtown area is a quick remok ride away.

Quiet place, nice old fashioned hotel with modern style large bathrooms. The pool is OK, but not so big as it appears at the pictures. Good breakfast. Simple menu at the restaurant, but just cross the street and there is an excellent Cambodian restaurant. Nice, friendly staff. Very good service with the “touk-touk” from the hotel. We used it for two tours and recommend it. The only problem was the hot water. After even fast shower- no more. The next person has to wait 20-25 minutes.
