Good service, but everywhere bindi stick

The on-site restaurant, Appetite, is absolutely outstanding! The quality of service is top-notch — the staff is not only incredibly polite but also remarkably efficient. A special mention goes to Mr. M. Bari, whose professionalism and warm hospitality truly set him apart. He’s an exceptional host who made our dining experience memorable.

The hotel’s location is very convenient , especially if you are going to the caves and explore the historical sites.
The staff is really helpful and friendly.

Thumbs up for our driver ! Javits was super helpful, polite, reliable and affordable . He picked us up at the airport, took us around for 2 full days , and even took us to a local restaurant, where we met Ali, the friendly owner, and we had the most delicious indian meals.

They should provide a shuttle bus to c liebts wishing to see Dubai mall.

It's not a clean hotel and the internet doesn't work. There's too much noise from outside and the other guests. I would skip it if you can.

The best stay I ever experienced...The service is excellent right from the reception to the house keeping staff. Food variety,taste and quality is amazing Mr Arbaaz , Salman and Azhar are very kind and helpful

Staff went out of way to help when we were there. One improvement is responding to Expedia messages before arrival as ours went unanswered.

Simply amazing

No Bar, No mini Bar. Hotel is lovely, food is lovely. Please provide room delivery of alcohol.

No Room Service. Paid parking. Restaurant was not easily accessible. Especially for senior citizens and physically disabled person its very painful.

It was unique to get to the restaurant not in a positive sense. Very difficult for physically challenged to access

Needs to start room service. Food is very good. Rooms are comfortable.

No room service which is a very big disadvantage. So nothing to write about staff as there is none other than at reception.Tie up with restaurant not proper as they dont add food bill against the room which can be paid at check out time but require immediate payment. Not much variety in breakfast menu. Lunch and dinner excellent. Food quality at lunch and dinner excellent, unlike breakfast. No fridge in room. Cleanliness, ambience excellent.

Decent amenities
Round the clock tea coffee available in each floor (not in room)
Very elderly to avoid (as needs to walk to the mall area; climb 1 flight for breakfast)

Good value for money. Nice, clean propety and friendly staff like Mushaq made the stay well wirth it.

The property is near the d-mart. for essential shopping. Otherwise little far from town center. Restaurant is expensive. however there is another restaurant across the road with cheaper food

Overall it was fine, however few things needs attention for improvement, mainly:
1. Staff's response to room (luggage transfer or attending room takes long time, one need to wait for 10-15mins)
2. Bath towels were not clean.

The room is too tiny and cramped.
I would have liked to book 2 rooms instead of 1
There is no table to keep a laptop and work (one single micro table is too tiny and is cramped if you keep your walet, phone and water bottle)
