Vorsicht: Zahlungszwang für abgelehnte Leistung – 4,40 € für ein angebissenes Brötchen!

„Dieses ansonsten sehr schöne Hotel mit tollem Wellnessbereich nutzt die Abreisesituation schamlos aus.
Beim Frühstück wollte ich ein bereits zur Hälfte angebissenes Brötchen einpacken, damit es nicht im Müll landet. Als mir erst danach die Gebühr von 4,40 € genannt wurde, lehnte ich die Mitnahme sofort ab und wollte das Brötchen im Hotel lassen.
An der Rezeption folgte die Unverschämtheit: Mir wurde die Zahlung dieser 4,40 € aufgezwungen. Es hieß, ich MÜSSE bezahlen, völlig egal, ob ich das Brötchen nun mitnehme oder nicht. Da ich zum Auschecken und zur Zahlung der Zimmerrechnung gezwungen war, habe ich den Wucherpreis bezahlt und das halbe angebissene Brötchen dann notgedrungen mitgenommen.
Einen Gast zur Zahlung einer Leistung zu drängen, die er ausdrücklich abgelehnt hat, ist absolut unseriös und grenzt an Abzocke. Wer Wert auf fairen Umgang und Gastfreundschaft legt, sollte dieses Hotel meiden!“

non c'era il servizio Massaggio, che invece è menzionato sul sito dell'hotel

Pros:

Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, lecker und in großer Menge vorhanden.
Der Wellness Bereich ist sehr zu empfehlen!
Das Restaurant im Hotelbereich war ebenfalls sehr gut.
Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert 😃
