Das Hotel ist sehr gut geeignet für einen Besuch in Ankor. Es ist zwar etwas außerhalb der Stadt gelegen, aber mit dem TukTuk ist man Schnee in der Stadt. Wir hatten einen Tag Ankor besichtigen und am zweiten Tag dann etwas Stadt und zur Erholung Hotel. Dafür war das Hotel sehr gut geeignet. Es ist tatsächlich eine kleine Oase.

Very spacious bedroom and exceptional spacious bathroom - Family room was booked here. Staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. You get up to 2 alcoholic cocktails per person from the poolside bar everyday in the 2hr happy hour early evening. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection. Highly recommened

مستوى الفندق جيد جدا

الفندق مصنف 5 نجوم لكن اعتقد انه 4 نجوم او 4 و نصف
الاستقبال و موظفي الخدمات الاخرى ممتازين و خدومين
حيث لا يوجد مصعد للدور الاول استجابوا لطلبي و اعطوني غرفه في الدور الارضي افضل من الغرفه التي كنت حاجزها
عدد غرف الفندق في حدود 35 غرفه يعتبر صغير او اشبه بالمجمع السكني
يوجد شطاف في الحمام
يوجد باستمرار ام بوابة الفندق عربات التكتوك للمشاوير و اسعارها بسيطه جدا

Es war wunderbar!

Wir konnten in einer Oase der Achtsamkeit und Ruhe mit kleinen Kindern die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Personal war unglaublich zuvorkommend und stets für unsere Wünsche und Anfragen da. In einer wunderbar begrünten Anlage mit Wasserelementen konnten wir hervorragend entspannen.

Highly recommended for a very comfortable stay!
Pros:

The property is a small boutique hotel that provides a high level of service. We stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa which was perfect for our family of 3.

Cons:

The property, service and staff are tremendous however the rooms/villa are aging and ready for an upgrade particularly the bathrooms but a great value offering as long as you are not expecting a 5 star hotel.

Excellent little resort to explore Siam Reap. More boutique and personal.
Pros:

Small luxurious property with only 34 rooms. Rooms were well appointed and large. Pool was warm and often had to ourselves. Staff were amazing and accommodating. Free tuk tuk to the old town was great at night. Laundry included with our room wax amazing.

Cons:

The shower could be better planned. Water goes everywhere.

A must stay!
Pros:

A beautiful resort like hotel, the breakfast was amazing, the pool, the spa everything amazing.. the highlight of our trip was the amazing staff at the hotel.. well spoken, very accommodating, very helpful.. it says alot about a hotel and the country by the way the staff treats you! We had the best time because of the hospitality we experienced throughout our stay.

Cons:

The only comment I have is that the bathroom toilets need an upgrade, they are very old and stained. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Decent but definitely not a 5 star hotel experience
Pros:

The location is good and most of the staff were friendly

Cons:

It did not feel like a 5 star hotel. When we arrived, the “welcome fruit platter” is already swarming with ants, beddings and towels smelled old. One of the pillows has visible liquid stains and is already turning yellow. I informed the staff via phone but they only changed the pillowcase. They only took action when I brought the pillow to the front desk.
