誠実、親切、明朗な対応で、気持ちよく滞在できました。少しオールドマーケットから離れてますが、1ドル少々でトゥクトゥクに乗れば行けますし、全く不便には感じなかったです(むしろトゥクトゥク移動を楽しめました)。部屋の設備も申し分なく、お値段に対してお得だったと思います。Spaもお手頃価格でした。
何より、こちらの不手際で二重決済されていたのですが、快く返金対応にも応じていただき、とても感謝しています。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

ルームサービスメニューにフィッシュアンドチップスを追加してほしい、くらいしか思いつかないです。

Hotel très agréable un peu à l'écart du centre avec un personnel très attentif et courtois toujours souriant et un délicieux petit déjeuner une chambre vaste et très confortable

Cons:

L'eau chaude au niveau de la salle de bains est assez longue à venir ...

Great hotel with amazing staff ❤️
Pros:

Lovely hotel with all is needed for a relaxing stay. The staff is truly amazing - thank you all for looking after us during our stay!
Buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Restaurant and bar at the property. 30 mins walk to the centre but that was the reason why we chose this accommodation. Free transport to the town in the evening (return trip cost 1USD). We were able to book late check out (until 10pm) for a fee which was great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Das ganze Resort ist sehr gepflegt, die Mitarbeitenden alle sehr respektvoll und zuvorkommend. Auf unserer ganzen Reise durch Asien (2 Monate) haben wir nirgendwo so gut übernachtet, wie hier. Sollten wir nochmals nach Kambodscha reisen, werden wir wieder hier buchen, inkl. Massagen - besonders die schwedische Massage war pure Perfektion!

Muy lindo , relajante con total amabilidad de personal.
Pros:

Las habitaciones eran enormes, tenía una tina maravillosa para dos personas y vistas lindas. Muy silencioso para descansar, no es muy lleno. Personal lo más amable que he visto.

Cons:

La suciedad en las camas de la piscina. Como hay árbol sobre las camillas de piscina, caen muchas hojas y flores lo cual no siempre está limpio. El desayuno no es de lo mejor y el primer día que salimos temprano al paseo para ver el amanecer, pedimos desayuno para llevar y no fue realizado. En general no afectó la percepción y todo lo bueno que estuvo.
