Lovely hotel, prime location, wonderful staff, clean!
Loved every minute of it. Even tried to stay another night but they were booked solid!
staff were rud to me it was 5am in the morning someone was cleaning windows
Fantastic stay an great breakfast
No complaints
Brilliant staff and room
Nothing
The Crown is perfectly situated on the sea front very near to the statue of Eric Morecambe. As foot passengers we were delighted at the nearness of bus stops and the delights of a walk in either direction. The hotel is relatively old and unspoiled, but our room was very well fitted. The bay window gave a great view stretching to either end of Morecambe Bay. The food we would describe as high end pub grub and all of the dishes we have tried were excellent. The cement that binds a business like this is its staff, and we could not fault them. Nothing was too much trouble.
Nothing. We will definitely be going back!
Perfect location.
Nothing.
Central location, very clean, the mattress was comfier than home, little touches made our stay perfect , definitely recommend
There wasn’t a shower mat in the bathroom so we had to put a towel down
The room size and it was like a little 2 bed flat.
The noise of the boiler from premises next door. It went on all night unfortunately
Location, value for money
Room was clean, but public areas in need of attention
Continental breakfast poor
Cost and inconvenience of parking
Staff are amazing. A genuine wanting to make your stay the best it can be. Dinner was to a high standard and my wife’s dietary requirements were dealt with quietly and without fuss. The room was fine. We could see the sea from our windows. The bed was adequate but not what we are used to.
The bed could have been better, but everything else was great.
Lovely room, spacious and very comfortable. Great sea view. We also had a fabulous breakfast.
