Better than expected. Very comfortable and I liked my stay.
Pros:

Only downside was no lift which the hotel clearly advertised so I am no faulting them on it, but we are a family and we’re near the top floor. Other than that, the room was great and very comfortable

Cons:

No lift and lots of stairs.

Good value for the price.
Pros:

Beautiful spot on the promenade. Comfy bed. Everything worked as it should.

Cons:

Breakfast starts at 8am so not ideal if staying for work. It needs updating but was good value for what it is.

Very friendly efficient staff. Food on the restaurant was excellent, all freshly cooked.
Pros:

Lovely room overlooking the bay. Large, airy and clean. The room was big enough to have a king size bed rather than the standard double.

Absolutely loved the hotel and we would recommend the restaurant, even if your not staying here.
Pros:

The bed was so super comfy and the room was spacious and really clean. We had a partial sea view which was lovely. We also liked the little extras of the borders biscuits and the fact there was lots of milk sachets (as opposed to only getting one or two).
We ate in the restaurant and I have to say the food was wonderful as well as the staff who were super friendly.
We had a lovely stay at the hotel and will definitely be back.

Cons:

We were on the top floor and there was no lift but it wasn't too far to go, but not suitable for someone who would struggle with stairs.

Pros:

Everything room was brilliant. Bed exceptionally comfortable 5* didn't eat at the hotel this time but have eaten there before and food is excellent. Central location parking not far away and only £3 for 12 hours.
