This hotel is in a great location in upper Michigan and is also a Casino. Very close to a lot of Michigan's favorite tourist spots.

The room was fine but the shower was noisy at times. Good place to go to the Falls and gamble during the evening.

Bay mills resort was very good, they even gave me an extra 25% discount for being a veteran, on top of Hotel.com all really nice discount.

Hotel is a bit run down. Carpet needs to be replaced. No frills hotel. No pool or hot tub. I will stay at the Sault Ste Marie casino next time.

Fun clean enjoyable casino. Refrigerator, microwave in every room nice touch. Large clean room. Great affordable food.

Casino is not friendly.. slots are extremely tight.

The staff was more concerned with visiting with each other than providing customer service. Desk clerk upon check was visiting with an other employee wasn't welcoming at all. We encountered this throughout our whole visit. The last day we were there I went to store to purchase a couple of items, the store employee ignored me and visited with another employee. I left without making my purchase. The evening of July 17 we did encounter a great employee in the bar/grill she had blonde hair and glasses, she was awesome. The other two women working with her were rude and lazy. Next time we're in Up we'll be staying at Kewadin, would never recommend this hotel.

Fairly nice accommodations, but the bathroom sink was crazed and brown around the drain. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Restaurant was close and the buffets were good.

My husband and I checked in around midnight, the nearest fast food anything was about 13 miles away and appeared to close at 11pm so this hotel is not exactly close to anything in our situation. The room appeared to be clean, however, our air circulation in our room was terrible. You could smell smoke coming in through the vent from the casino. I woke up the next morning with a mild sore throat. I have asthma and bad allaergies and chose a non-smoking room and this didn't exactly feel like clean air.

Great trip. Perfect hotel.

Little disappointed in the hotel. Front desk person was not pleasant. Casino was fun. Disappointed no poker. Surprised drinks were free, but service slow.

We had the smokiest non-smoking room ever. I expect the public areas of a casino to be smokey. I don't expect the non-smoking wing of the hotel.

It was too smoky for our taste. We expected breathable air outside the casino area.
