Don’t recommend, had gone significantly down hill.

Cons:

Room smelled like a gym locker room, pool towels extremely torn, room tv didn’t work so I went to call front desk and room phone didn’t work. Check in time was 4pm, didn’t get to check in until almost 6pm due to the rooms not being ready and no communication from staff even though it was discussed. Chlorine in pool so strong it burned our eyes, skin and discolored our bathing suits. Water pressure in shower was non-existent, couldn’t even wash the soap out of our hair. Customer service was terrible, seemed like an inconvenience to them.

It was fine, but probably will be looking elsewhere when we come back to Loveland

The breakfast was fine

Cons:

The pool and water slide were disappointing. Too much chlorine or something. One other guest I talked to mentioned they had skin irritation after swimming. The slide itself is small and very dark at night.

Needs some maintenance.
Pros:

I’ve been staying at this property for years and I love the location. It’s very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I have been staying at this hotel for years mostly because my son loves the waterslide, but it is not been maintained recently. During this visit several kids got stuck inside the tube because the inside is worn out and there is not enough water flow, causing the children to stop during their descent and requiring them to push off through the rough slide to get to the bottom and allowing others to come down before they make it to the bottom, causing injuries.

Pros:

I always love this hotel. My boys love the waterside and I love the huge bathtub in our room.

Cons:

So I used the washer downstairs and it didn't spin my clothes out. The person on duty came and looked at it and basically said "Im sorry I do not know what to tell you" I mean my clothes were setting in water. I told him I have a torn rotator cuff and it doesn't phase him. I end up spending the rest of the night rewashing my clothes by hand after ringing the water out of them out the back door. My shoulder was killing me. I had no more cash or change. I feel like he could have taken a measly $3 out of the drawer and explained to the manager. But nope, just left to struggle on my own.

My children loved the slide and it was the reason we chose to stay at this hotel. We’ll visit again.
Pros:

Everything was clean and the staff was very kind and professional. Breakfast was busy Saturday morning and the staff was working diligently to ensure there was enough food for everyone.

Cons:

I have no complaints.

Always good, we visit at least once a year, will be back soon.
Pros:

The only thing that needs to be added is a clock outside at the hot tub area!!!! Staff all went above and beyond. Housekeeping staff does an amazing job!. All the staff takes pride in working there and it shows.
Just add the darn clock!

Cons:

No clock outside at the hot tub area, would help parents giving their kids a time limit, and help everyone know when it's time to get out for the night.

Very bad
Pros:

The location is great and we come for the pool, but this time even that was disappointing. The staff at the front desk was very sweet.

Cons:

Our room smelled so bad like dirty human and they tried to cover it up with a flower smell that was even worse. We had to leave the window open on a freezing day to try to air it out. The smell was in the bed because anytime we would roll over at night the smell would wake us up. It was really bad and we could not sleep. In addition in the morning the slide did not work and the hot tub was cold. They fixed the slide after 30-40 minutes but were not concerned that the hot tub was cold. When I went down for coffee everything was out, hot water, lids, hot chocolate. No one was around to get some help. Overall the stay was bad.

Pros:

The staff at all times were awesome. Cleaning staff was also very helpful.

Cons:

Internet was awful, I don't know if it was because I was on the second floor and almost at the end but it dropped and buffered my entire visit. So bad at time I gave up on TV or my laptop until later.

IT WAS A GOOD STAY. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.
Pros:

the room was big. The pool was nice. friendly staff.

Cons:

THE BED WAS TOO HARD AND THE FAN WAS TOO NOISY. ALSO THE SHOWER DID NOT HAVE MUCH WATER PRESSURE.
