Pros:

Overall, the property was in a good location, the bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful .

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay earlier that week we experienced an abundance of gnats in the bathroom, which really was very uncomfortable. The staff was made aware and requested housekeeping to clean it and try to rectify the situation. However, this did not resolve it so we had to go another day with that uncomfortable condition. It appeared that the shower stall did not have proper drainage and water congregated, and it was quite damp, which may have contributed to the gnat problem.

The gym area was extremely hot. It did not appear to have any air-conditioning or thermostat.

The staff was great and the rooms met all expectations.
Pros:

The room was a great size and it was a nice place.

Cons:

The pool had terrible water that burned everyone’s eyes and it just isn’t very fun in there really. Maybe could use a second or third hot tub there…

Great location & awesome swimming pool
Pros:

The swimming pool was nice. My kids enjoyed it a lot. They were always stocked on towels which is a plus because not all hotels are always stocked on towels in their swimming area. The location of the hotel was walking distance to other stores.

Cons:

They didn’t have travel size lotion in their store. Lol
