다음에 또 방문하고싶은 숙소에요.
Pros:

저는 숙소 너무 좋았어요. 비록 수영장과 헬스장을 이용못해서 아쉬웠지만.... 창문을 통해서 보는 뷰가 너무 좋았어요. 식기구가있어서 뭘 해먹기 편했는데 전에이용하던분이 식기를 제대로 안씻어놔서 그릇과 식기가 아주조금 신경쓰였습니다. 밥먹고 환기시킬수있어서 너무좋았구요. 바람도 잘들어오고 햇살도 잘들어오는 머물기 좋은곳이었습니다.

予約後すぐにブルーバードの方からチェックイン時間についてのメールとパスポート写真を送るメールが届きました。
遅い時間の飛行機だったのですが、メールでチェックイン時間をお伝えしたからか、チェックインで困ることはありませんでした！！！

ホテルではなくアパート？寮？のようなところなので、毎日お部屋を掃除してくれたりタオルを交換してくれたりのサービスはありませんが、洗濯機がついてたり、大きな冷蔵庫があったり、調理器具も一通り揃っていたりと便利でした。

真横に安いスーパーやマクドナルド、マッサージ屋さん等便利でした！！！
マクタンニュータウンビーチまでもとても近いです。歩いても行けますが、暑いのでタクシーを使うのもありです。

ブルーバードのプールもとっても綺麗で、ヤシの木？等もとても映えでした！！！
夕方ごろに見える夕日も最高でした。

素敵なコンドミニアム
Pros:

マクタンニュータウン内のコンドミニアムなのでスーパーマーケットやフードコート、マッサージなんでも揃っていて便利でした。

予約時の写真ではインフィニティプールがあったのですが、それは隣のビルで使えませんでした。
予約したのがどのビルかはチェックインしないと分からないし、チェックインするのもビルを移動しないといけないのが難点ですが…。

今回はオーナーさんが直接案内してくれて、親切に説明をしてくれて快適に過ごせました。
洗濯機もあるので助かりました。

３泊４日お世話に成りました。初日のチェックインは私の名前がエクスペディアよりその建物Ｄの受付に予約確約の登録無く英語バージョンのペーパーを渡しましたがＡ～Ｃの受付に行ったり来たりしてトラブルで大変でしたが先にチェックインしてた友達が入場する時に契約書を手続きするママさんを呼んでくれて何とかＣ棟５Ｊのルームを確保して案内して貰いました。調理の道具や器が揃っているの家族で現地の食材を調達して料理を食べるには困りません。室内は６０㎡と広く洗面バスタブ・トイレ・キッチン・テーブル・ベットルームに分かれています。只、無料の水ボトルやティシュ・タオルの予備・スッティクコーヒー・手ぬぐいやスリッパなどのサービスはホテルと違い日本から準備して来たので不便なく何とか過ごせました。良い点はｂ周りにコンビニ・スパー・ドラックストア・日本料理の店がすぐそばに有り便利でした。

주변에 편의시설이 많고 호핑 위주로 즐길분들에게 추천드립니다.
맥도날드 편의점 마트 등 세부 환경상 음식점이 많이 없으니
사먹을곳도 많고 좋습니다.

전체적으로 깔끔하고 거실과 침실이 분리되어있어서 좋았습니다 호텔 아니고 에어비앤비라 청소를 해준다거나 다른 서비스는 없습니다 수압은 약한편이고 침대도 둘이서 눕기엔 작고 조금 불편했습니다 수영장은 인피니티풀은 아니지만 깔끔하고 놀기 좋습니다 주변에 마트와 편의점 스타벅스 츄비츄비 등 식당이 많아서 위치는 상당히 좋아요

プール付きの快適なコンドミニアム
Pros:

空港からタクシーで15分くらいのマクタンニュータウンにあり５階にプールが
あります。
タワーマンションで入り口が１＆２と３＆４の２か所あり、予約書にはどとらか書かれていないのでどちらかの受付で聞く必要があります。
コンドミニアムの１部屋を借りる形、広くてきれいです。
入り口の隣にスーパーと日本食レストランがあるので食事には困りません。
近くには有名な（マクタンシュライン）があり歩いて１０分くらいです。

移動はタクシーになります、ジプニーは慣れないと乗りこなせないので。
あと、部屋へ案内されてから2000ペソのデジポットを要求されます。

Pros:

16 G bathroom is the problem, the sink led once you pushed it down that’s it. It won’t unlock to release the water. Lucky I know a little bit of plumbing l had to muck around under the sink.

Nice pool but gym is disappointing I've been here twice over three month period and the same two treadmills are out of order lol.
Security are great n helpful. I don't understand why they shut the pool down for a whole day to clean n put chemicals????? I have a pool i do it at night the chemicals check in the morning and all ok i swim i understand if they shut it from 10pm the day before and reopen at midday. I watch the pool cleaner today was he was still cleaning it even after he had n entire day to do it lol. And its the first time I've seen him actually vacuum the whole pool. another thing why are you not allowed to use the pool at 6am like the gym??? Its quite normal to swim at 6 am if i was working i wouldn't be able to exercise.
