The VELO'S hotel and BMX Pump Track

Nice clean room, friendly staff, BUT the gym need to be fixed. 90% in did not work.

I would rate The Velo Resort higher, but my one night stay and sleep was interrupted all night by the room next door playing very loud thumping music and loud talking, virtually all night and into the morning when i checked out at 930AM. When i called the front desk during the night to complain, no one answered.

Its actually a surprisingly nice facility, modern, clean and comfortable with a cool bicycle theme and a BMX track. The pool is beautiful and right outside my sliding glass doors.

Restaurant was pretty good and that staff helpful.

It’s always nice to be back at Velo’s, me and my family like everything in this hotel. We have been here many times before.

We always use Vemo when we are in that area. Nice pool and ok gym. Gym need to be updated and more cleaning

Very friendly staff and nice room with a pool access. 2 nigth stay after a visit to Angor Wat. Nigth market nearby was an experience. Good enough breakfast. Omelette chef was the cherry on the top. Phad Thai was very good at the reasonably priced restaurant.

Velos är alltid bra, har bott där med min familj sista - åren. Poolen gillar barnen, maten är kanon bra.

Nice hotel with good decoration!

This hotel looks fairly new at first sight but when you look closer it shows a lack of maintenance.
Besides having cockroaches in the room (as well as in the hallway), the bathroom shows its age. Hard water has clogged the shower head and the hand shower. So you have a trickle of water and a few leaks in the flexible.
Towels are clean but have holes and are worn at the edges.
Lot of noise during the night. The concrete walls have no insulation. People have been banging the wall a few times during the night.
The VELO’S theme is original and there is nothing wrong about it.

My husband was quite sick with a cold when we arrived and the staff eventually agreed to let us check in early, which was nice. The more days we stayed the warmer became the reception with the staff at the hotel. At the time we were there the pool was being renovated so we did not have a chance to use it but it looked like a nice pool with a water slide for kids. They also have a bike track but we did not use this. The breakfast was good and the beds comfortable. So all in all, I would recommend this hotel. We will try it again on our next trip to Aranyapratet.

A lot of thing you can do here with your kid. 60 Meters swimming pool with slider and kid pool, Bicycle hill for skating and cycling.

New and very nice hotel. The bicycle topic is great and you sit on a bicycle saddle for check-in.

Huge pool and nice Water Slide for the Kids.
