Rustic old world charm.
Pros:

Personable hospitable service. Special mention to Steve was so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It’s rustic and old school but this is part of the charm. A pity I didn’t get to try the French restaurant within the hotel. Will be back for sure.

I had a peaceful stay. It was easily walkable to popular destinations. They also had bikes to rent.

JRの駅からも徒歩圏内であり、なおかつ旧軽井沢にも行きやすい場所で、静かな雰囲気がとてもいいです。もちろん、スタッフの皆様の対応もとてもすばらしかったです。
部屋にあったコーヒーは、コーヒーが好きな私にはたいへんうれしく、おいしくいただきました。購入して買っていこうかと思うくらいでした。

11時にチェックアウトで申し込みをしたにも関わらず、10時半にチェックアウトと言われ、こちらの言い分を聞き入れてもらえず、10時半に追い出されてしまった点。
