残念
Pros:

ベットのスプリングが硬くってよかった

Cons:

ホテルの予約取る時に値段を見て夕食がついてると思ってしまい着いてから連絡すると料理はついてなく宿泊の予約が入ってないと言われほんと嫌な思いをした！
お泊まりも本館でなく別館で最悪でした⤵️

自然を満喫できる避暑地で優雅に過ごせました。
Pros:

1日目にお風呂にお湯を入れたところ、下から漏れてちょっと大変でしたが、それを伝えるとすぐに対応して直してくださいました。ホテル内を歩いていても気持ちのよい挨拶と、心遣いが感じられ、満たされて帰宅できました。

Cons:

設備が古く、トイレのペーパーの位置が最後まで慣れませんでした。ホームページに載っていた、新鮮卵のクッキーを購入しようと楽しみにしていましたが、販売していませんでした。レストランの朝食に大変期待していましたが、ちょっと期待外れのところがありました。接客は素晴らしかったので少し残念でした。

Pros:

軽井沢駅から近い点と周辺に美味しい料理屋さんなどがある点。立地が良い。
ホテルで朝食を予約して頂いたのですが、すごく美味しかったです。 このホテルのシェフの手がける料理はすごく美味しくて、食事を楽しむ為に宿泊するのは良いと思いました。

素泊まりの割に料金が高い点
部屋は少し良いビジホ？のような感じ
部屋は正直微妙でした。
水道水がへんな味がしました
。←これが1番嫌だった。

朝食しか頼んでいないですが、朝食はパンとサラダとスープ、紅茶(コーヒー)、ジュース、デザートでした。とても美味しかったですが1人あたり3850円とかなり割高に感じました。 料理は美味しかったですが少し割高に感じました。

2食付きで同じ値段の旅館だと結構良いところが泊まれるかなと思いました。


また、第2駐車場の入口が狭くて分かりにくかったです。

古典優雅的氣息，在森林當中幽靜的氣氛，令人充分享受度假氛圍。

飯店的地點非常清幽，在車站前主要道路的巷子裡，既便利又安靜。從飯店到舊輕井澤街區也是走路就能到，非常方便。飯店內部陳設古典優雅，服務人員服務態度也非常溫婉有禮，讓人感受如沐春風。房間設施略顯老舊，但很乾淨沒有陳舊的氣味，溫溼度也控制得很好。最棒的是飯店的早餐，不同於一般的自助式早餐，是套餐式的早餐，可以三選一，口味經典細緻，新鮮可口，手工麵包和優格非常美味，真是美好的回憶，謝謝飯店經營者帶給我們的美好體驗。

緑多いの中での宿泊は、とても良かった。

朝食ですが、サラダが終わってないのに、次のメインのお皿を無理に置うとしたり、食事する人の事を考えていない、気遣いが無い事が、残念でした。他国の方を採用するのは良いですが、しっかりと指導をしてほしいです。
お料理を運ぶ、お皿を下げる、タイミング、お紅茶などのお代わりは、大丈夫かと、常に目を配れる事がホテルのランクにも、影響すると思います。おしゃべりしないで、お客様に目を向ける指導をしてください。
部屋の少しかびっぽい匂いが気になりました。
