Maneetel Krabi Beachfront

Got the oceanfront balcony rooms at 1st floor, overlooking the pool with a direct sea view. Location is excellent, right across the road from the beach and a 5 min walk from the Landmark night market. Rooms might feel just the right size for 2 people but a little cramped for any more people. Breakfast spread is good, veg options might not be as great though but good for chicken eaters. In room facilities are good as well. Overall a good stay for folks wanting a sea view hotel with a pool with proximity to the beach and market

just back from there, and i notice the staff not really friend beside 1 staff that young at counter guys, other of that not really friendly and also keep chit chat.
on room side there are disappointed , Room 406 that toilet really smelly someone pee and cant remove after been call multiple time, and second if you book deluxe room which are lower room then you have to push your luggage yourself, but if you upgrade your room then they will helping your to move it.

got 1 night that my kid was having dinner at room and accidently spill on floor and i clean it minor and next day when room cleaning jus t ignore everything without cleaning and the floor was sticky, after that i call lobby and ask cleaning to help clean and the cleaning was come and simple cleaning without proper. then i have to use wet tissue to clean it.

on the food breakfast for the fresh juice please double before drink it , there are banana fresh juice got smell and also is spoil.

the location was good and next to ao nang night market but the service is not really there.

Not as updated as the pictures seem. I swear I requested 2 beds but they gave us a king sized bed. I also thought I requested a sea view and instead got a view of another hotel. No airport transfers or laundry services. The staff was pleasant but not overly helpful. Keep your receipt until the end of your stay, they don’t inform me that we needed to provide it at check out. WiFi was also spotty and slow, our tv never stopped buffering.

Great location, close to eateries and night markets. Staff were mostly friendly and assisted when approached. Rooms we a tinge small but overall good value for money.

Customer service does not exist in this hotel. Had workers walk in 2 x when DO NOT DISTURB sign was hung on door. I went down stairs and complained but the 4 people behind the desk couldn't care less and didnt think it was an issue. We left 2 days early because of the lack of service and friendliness. We said hi to staff on a couple of occasions and they did not even respond. I would never return and am the most disappointed having travelled many hours from overseas to have this as my holiday experience.

Best location. The beach is across the street, the night market two doors up. The pool is very good, the rooms are nice, the shower is excellent. Staff could be better, but they get the job done.
They have a good gym, which is right in front—if you're an exhibitionist you will be in heaven.

Tub on the balcony doesn’t work and when I spoke to the staff they said “none of them work. “ Only cold water comes out of the faucet which took almost 2 hours to fill the tub halfway. Once it was full, the jets don’t turn on o
Safe is detached from the wall and the towel hanger in the bathroom is about ready to fall off too.
The “king bed is just 2 doubles pushed up next to each other.
We had ants in our room

This was the last hotel of my Thailand trip and I have to say I did not like nor appreciate the terrible service. The front desk employees were rude and not very friendly or helpful. The room does not have a safe to secure belongings . I did not let this ruin my trip. No I would not recommend this hotel

部屋はデザイン優先で、服とか入れる引き出しや棚が無い。セフティボックスはダイヤル暗唱番号が故障していてフロントで鍵を借りる方式で面倒。トイレが悪臭がする　下水処理が上手くいっていない。
ローションは良い　近くに美味しいレストランご連絡数件あるし　ナイトマーケットも近い。
人に勧めるレベルでは無い！

SURPRISINGLY Good. I spent 4 days here and was impressed with the comfortable bed and great location. For the price, I was very pleased. I booked on the first floor with direct access to the pool anda view of the sunset. The breakfast was first class. It's location was great and very easy to get around.

Spent 3 nights here as a central base as we had 3 days of island exploring for the start of our trip. It was surprisingly good! Central, easy to walk to everywhere. Breakfasts were great for the price you pay. Very affordable. Small rooms but again, you get what you pay for. We were pleasantly surprised! Would definitely stay again. Best part is the Ao Nang Landmark Nightmarket is right next door too!! So good!

Despite reading mixed reviews, we founf the Maneetel excellent!
Staff very helpful.
Our rooms were kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay with fresh new water bottles every day too. Air Con and TV were no problem.
The only thing....Our Jacuzzi didn't work, but that was no big deal...we used it as a bath sometimes!
Would go again!

Very comfortable bed, on the beach and very good breakfast. I was impressed.

Property was well located for my needs. The room has very limited storage, and the gym, cannot be called a gym. A treadmill and a dysfunctional universal system.

Don’t waste your money,
This was one of several hotels we booked for our Thailand holiday, it ended up being the most expensive with the worst room.
Bathroom absolutely stinks,
There is no where to put clothes,
Lighting so bad you can’t see properly,
Can hear EVERYTHING in the next rooms, talking in corridor so loud it’s like they are in the room, and every room has a ridiculous door bell it’s so loud you can’t hear them right down the hall.
We checked in and realised the safe wasn’t working, we popped down to reception and tried to explain to the reception team, they had spoked really good English when asking for 2,000 bahts as room deposit!
We used the little Thai we know but they insisted no safe wasn’t a problem!!!!
Now Thailand being a mainly cash only island meant we had a pretty large amount of cash as we had just been to the ATM.
We eventually got given a safe that wasn’t fitted into the room so we had to hide it!
Couldn’t wait to leave absolutely awful over priced and no friendly customer service, which we have had at cheaper accommodation.
Only good point was the short walking distance to get the long tail boat to Railey beach.

This hotel was little disappointing. I loved the direct entry from our room to the pool, but the room was poorly designed. There was no room to put anything anywhere so we had to keep stuff in our suitcases and on the floor. Bathroom was even worse, no space for toiletries. We had to ask for toilet paper every day as the teeny tiny rolls last only half a day and they did not put any extra. They use tall glasses with very heavy bottom which they turn upside down. Slight move of the tray and the glass toppled over, and broke for which they charge you. It's a very expensive glass. Make sure you turn the glass with the heavy bottom the right side up. This is the quiet side of Ao Nang beach which I liked. Our stay was OK, but I don't think I would stay again due to the lack of furniture/storage space in the room.

As other reviewers have said, This hotel is not worth staying at.
The bathroom smells horrible, and the smell flows into the room, making it smelly too.
I thought the drains were dirty or clogged, which was the reason for the bad smell...
The next morning I found something horrible...
I was woken up by the stench and went to the bathroom, and there was a cockroach.
This may have been done by a guest who was dissatisfied with the hotel's service, but if the room had been cleaned properly it wouldn't have been a problem.

The place where it ran off to was what I saw (photos and video).
The mountain-facing room had a filthy view and looked like a slum.
The slum dwellers were making loud noises at 5am, and the dogs were barking in response, waking me up.

It was the worst stay.
I would advise you not to waste your precious time.

This place in located in the heart of AoNang . Walking distance from restaurants tour guide and night market . Hotel was clean and staff was friendly

Stor forskjell i service avhengig av hvem som betjente deg. Dårlig ift. standarden på servicen i Thailand generelt sett. God beliggenhet nært Night Market og strand, og kort vei til restaurantgatene. Et stykke unna sentrum, men det bør vurderes ift. behov. Alt i alt midt på treet.
