Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel lekker uitgebreid en luxueus ontbeten. De locatie is fantastisch mooi en toch rustig gelegen.

Cons:

Misschien dat het hotel kan samenwerken met een parking met laadpaal. Maar was gewoon een heel klein puntje, om toch maar iets te zeggen.

Goede plek voor een kort bezoek aan Sluis
Pros:

Prima locatie. Goed ontbijt. Elke dag nieuwe handdoeken. Vriendelijk personeel . Koelkast werkte uitstekend en koffie faciliteiten.

Cons:

Kamer aan voorkant te warm bij dit soort zomers. Geen airco maar wel een blower.

Gezelligheid in het hart van Sluis
Pros:

Gezelliig, gemoedelijk hotel, netjes, hygiënisch,, zeer vriendelijk personeel die je bijstaan waarnodig. Tevens is er in de ochtend een uitgebreid ontbijt. Voor ieder wat wils. Ook is het zeker een aanrader om een keer te eten bij het hotel,..

1 klein minpuntje was dat er geen lift aanwezig is voor oudere mensen.

Most Enjoyable Short Break
Pros:

Every thing at the hotel is just great. We come here on a regular basis and having always a lovely welcome.
Choices for breakfast are really great.
Rooms are exceptionally clean. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Si je dois revenir à Sluis, je reviens ici sans hésiter !
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner buffet, le fait d'être à la fois au centre et coupé du monde une fois dans la chambre, La présence d'un ventilateur dans la chambre vu la canicule ambiante et la gentillesse du personnel !

Für eine Übernachtung in Ordnung
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten im Geschehen, dementsprechend nicht so ruhig direkt über dem Lokal. Am nächsten Morgen ging es freundlicher und ruhiger zu. Die Betten waren bequem, das Zimmer funktional, das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Am Anreisetag war das Personal nicht so freundlich, aber wahrscheinlich einfach gestresst, denn es war viel los und ich persönlich mag so eine kumpelhafte Art von Männern mit Zuzwinkern halt gar nicht. Bei offenem Fenster gab es schon viel Essensgeruch, war eben direkt über dem Lokal.

Fantastisch hotel!
Pros:

Heel fijn hotel, mooi centraal gelegen in Sluis. Vriendelijk personeel en hele fijne ruime nette kamers voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Het ontbijt krijgt helemaal een 10! Het enige is dat de kamers alleen via een trap te bereiken zijn, voor ons was dat geen enkel probleem maar wellicht wel goed om te weten voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn! Wij komen zeker terug als we weer eens naar Sluis gaan!
