Great location, clean and friendly.
Pros:

Room was great.

Cons:

Room has no room service menu, room service told us to come and fetch one in the dinning room.
Beds need new mattress, too hard and warped.
The dinning room is totally unpleasant and very uncomfortable, not a nice experience!
AIR-CON IS A MUST, and please change the elevator music, its awful.

Overpriced and no, just no.

View is great and beach is right outside. But really, that's it.

I arrived on a Friday night and after one hour, I did something I have never done in 25 years of travelling: I asked for a refund and a check out (they were reluctant so I stayed). There is a beach club that is part of the Hotel and management places the entertainment of three to four beach club guests who buy a couple drinks (it's really not busy) over the peace of all their Hotel guests. Loud music pumping until 1 am and there is NO WAY you can get away from it even with earplugs. Staff was understanding and even went over to the DJ booth to ask if they could lower the volume or take out the base a little at least, but to no avail.

Don't stay here if you are looking for the sound of the ocean and a good nights rest.

Rooms are simple, worn out and not worth the money. Balconies are good.

Breakfast looks good at first glance but oh well. Restaurant (night) is okay.

We were on the 12th floor, the view was amazing, the walks on the beach which is right outside the hotel priceless. The room was in good condition, the cleaners daily did a good job, it always smelt nice. We had a small problem with the drain in the shower, but they sorted it asap. Breakfast was very good, you don't really need more. The restaurant could do with a bit of a once over, in that our order the one night was messed up, the lemon meringue I had the meringue was awful and full of sugar bits, but even so, good value for money, and nice size. The Indian restaurant was also not the best I ever had, but it was good, and staff was friendly.
