The food at the restaurant offered great value. They have just renovated the hotel so the place looks nice and stylish. The beach bar was loads of fun and alot of effort goes into making the stay enjoyable. Views were exceptional from the balcony and we got to watch the most beautiful sunrise. Staff were friendly and helpful. Manager was visible on-site and addressing issues throughout the stay showing commitment to improve the facility.
Some form of polish is used on the floor in the bedroom which makes it immensely slippery. It smells strong which is uncomfortable. Bed needs to be replaced. I could feel the difference between the sides and middle of the bed. All windows need cleaning. Very dirty, even in the restaurant. Service is a little bit slow.
I loved the privacy of the rooms. Each room had an amazing view of the ocean. The breakfast spread was delicious, and hotel restaurant had delicious food whose portion size was good value for their money.
The bathroom had a foul smell, the ventilation was poor in the bathroom.

Very noisy as staff were working in the passage and having a loud chat that went on for two hours. Also had no WiFi and was not offered another room. I could not work and thus was very frustrating and a huge spoil to my holiday
