Short stay in Batumi to wait a flight
Pros:

Overall simple hotel. No sound isolation and road nearby. Uncomfortable table to sit with laptop and low speed/unstable internet. Simple breakfast. Personals are friendly and are trying to help. Good enough for overnight stay.

Pros:

Otel dışarıdan güzel duruyor. Mimarisi güzel ama lokasyon olarak şehir merkezinden araçla 15 dk uzaklıkta. Resepsiyon ilgisiz ve güler yüzlü değil. Odalar çok kötü. Çift kişilik oda tek kişilikmiş gibi ayarlanmış. Tek kişilik yorgan, tek kişilik şampuan, tek kişilik terlik. Üstelik odada mini bar YOK! Oda içecek ikramı yok. Su içmek için resepsiyonu aradığımızda restoranın kapalı olduğunu ve suyu musluktan içmemiz gerektiğini söyledi. İçtik ama güvenemedik. Balkon kapısı tam kapanmadığından otel önündeki caddeden geçen araçların sesleri odanın içinde yankılanıyordu. Burada kalmak büyük hata.

Terrible experience
Pros:

We booked three rooms for 7 nights. The hotel was way outside the city. The sheets did not fit the bed. No telephone in the room or minibar. No Toiletries. They provided breakfast but the food was cold and not fresh. The staff was rude. There was construction going on in the front of the hotel starting very early every morning. It was very noisy. After three nights we checked out and were promised a refund by the manager. After several attempts by Expedia to contact the hotel they refused to give the refund.

They don't have blanket and even telephone in the room, we asked for he blanket over the reception, but they did not give us.

Terrible!
Pros:

It was one of terrible hotels I have ever seen. No refrigerator and mini bar in the room. No WiFi Internet. No toiletries and towels in the bath. No good breakfast. Far from city center and the worst thing was that no one can speak English fluently in this Hotel.
This is not a 4 star Hotel; It is a family operated guest house with worst services!
