El personal es muy amable. Hay un chico en recepción que lleva casi desde que abrió el hotel al que he visto en varias estadías en el hotel. Es un crack.
El rate de la habitación subió algo más que anteriormente. Supongo que fue algo puntual por la ocupación.
Desayuno muy completo. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, cercana a los paseos comerciales. Habitación muy amplia y cómoda. Estacionamiento con muchos lugares y techado.

El armario de la habitación rechinaba que daba miedo, no es la primera vez pero nuestra estadia fue mucho mejor en el 2025

La verdad que es muy bueno el hotel...
Subimos a la pileta y no tenían toallas, el desayuno es muy bueno pero había frutas que no estaba ricas, eran duras y como que le faltaba maduración.
Nos pasó que la cerradura de la puerta no funciona bien, lo cual tuvimos que bajar varias veces para configurar la tarjeta e incluso uno de los conserjes tuvo que subir a abrirnos x que ya no andaba.

La cama matrimonial no era cómoda pues se separaba muy fácil en el medio. No avisan al entrar el sistema del ascensor, varias personas quedaban varadas y les explicamos cómo subir y bajar, debería estar señalizado o explicado en el Chek in. El primer día hacía calor en la habitación, luego regularon el clima
