Pretty good. Solid hotel overall but don’t expect top tier service.
Pros:

Good location. Breakfast is ok but sometimes hot food was cold. Could use more variety and healthier options. Staff was largely helpful.

Cons:

Service. I called once to ask for some water bottles but it took over an hour and they never came. Had to go down to the front desk to get them myself. My stay coincided with a youth soccer tournament so the hotel was full of rowdy kids. Not the staffs fault obviously.

Pros:

no pudimos desayunar porque tuvimos que salir temprano hacia el aeropuerto. debimos salir a las 4 de la mañana y el desayuno empieza a las 7, eso es algo que se debería arbitrar para algunos pasajeros

Cons:

pensábamos que desde el hotel nos llevarían al aeropuerto, que cuando hicimos la reserva por la aplicación, entraba dentro del paquete, pero cuando llegamos a recepción nos dijeron que porque reservamos desde la aplicación no entraba el traslado al aeropuerto
