Pros:

Cons:

I would offer little more option on eggs and a little better coffee. The bed is tooo soft for most people had a difficult time to settle

Pros:

+ Sehr gute Lage mit toller Aussicht. (Nicht bei allen Zimmern)
+ Reichhaltiges Frühstück.
+ intern schön eingerichtet.
+ Gutes Restaurant im Gebäude. (Montags nur Pizza)

Einige Angestellte könnten besser geschult werden.
Jeder passt die Informationen seinen Bedürfnissen an. (z.B., Öffnungszeiten, Benützung der internen Treppe, um die Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk zu erreichen, etc.)

Cons:

I am writing regarding our stay at your hotel on February 16. During our visit, an unfortunate incident occurred involving a portable heater in the room. The plug appeared to be loose, which resulted in one of our family members sustaining a burn injury. After the incident, some miscommunication occurred which left us in an ill mood for the rest of the night. At the time, we reached an agreement on-site that the room charge and the medical expenses incurred would be reimbursed. Since our stay a week ago, no one had contacted us, nor have the hotel management responded to our email for further resolution. This is quite disappointing considering the effort made on site to supposedly correct this unfortunate matter. I am writing this to raise awareness to the poor protocol for customer accident in regards to hotel related, and ask if the management could offer some reponse.

Wirklich schöne Unterkunft, die wir gerne wieder buchen würden.
Pros:

Gemütliche Einrichtung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit gewesen!

Cons:

Man hätte die Küche besser ausstatten können, z. B. mehr Besteck und Geschirr sowie Kochutensilien.

My stay at Solssiden Brygge Rorbuer.
Pros:

Beautiful location.The view from the room is amazing.You do have a panoramic site of the golf displayed at your front door.
In the room there is a book about Lofoten.Spend some time enjoying it.
There are some great photos and tips regarding this amazing place.
Breakfast was served with a view as well and the selection was good.
The restaurant in the evening was a great choice, menu was great.Try the whale carpaccio.

Cons:

No bed lights&no place to hang your coats except the cabinet located across the room.
