The highlight of my Kuwait trips
The Four Seasons has a reputation for a reason. It surpasses all expectations. My mom and I stayed here during our visit to Kuwait and couldn't have been treated any better. The staff made us feel like family. They also went out of their way for us including having a slice of birthday cake ready when we entered our room for the first time in celebration of my mother's birthday, as well as surprising is with another slice of cake during breakfast the next day, among many other moments. I highly recommend staying here.
Had a terrible experience with the most noisy stay. Didn’t end up staying checked out in the same evening. Hotel made aware of their fault.
