Big difference in cleanliness from last March. Not sure we will return.
Pros:

The location was close to the university.

Cons:

Not enough parking.
The elevators were dirty floors filthy fingerprints all over and smelled dirty.
The level we stayed on had garbage on the ground everytime we walked out of our room.
Our room didn’t have bath towels and the pullout bed wasn’t made so we had to call for both. Staff was responsive but it took 30mins.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t available when we checked in, we did receive a voucher for the grill for the inconvenience. However, when it came to check in time, our room was still dirty! The hotel as whole was not very clean. The tile floors were constantly dirty as well as the elevators. The rooms were supposed to be serviced every day, but ours never was!

The place inside smelled and looked so clean. All employees were wonderful the entire three days we were there.

Room was dirty including shower and smelled like weed, staff was not friendly or helpful and breakfast was cold and bad. Send pictures of showers. Also not enough towels or toilet paper

Happy in Cola
Pros:

Check in staff were great. Friendly and efficient.
The breakfast team was also great. Very accommodating to my late arrival which I very much appreciated.

Cons:

Couch in room had a tear in it.
Not a big deal.
