Good location and amenities are new and nice. Hotel service sets hotel over the top. Everyone was friendly and helpful waiting at the bottom of elevator to greet guests. Andrew, Scott and Joseph were all amazing we would definitely book again!

I found this hotel via Tripadvisor and it didn't disappoint! The location was very central to many popular areas of Manhattan. It felt like a respite every time we walked in with the front desk employees calling out greetings, and walking into a clean, cool, and calm lobby. I am not one to typically notice, let alone give out shout-outs to individual employees at hotels, but I specifically wanted to mention Jennifer, Edris and Jose as being top-notch in customer service. This is what puts this hotel above and beyond. It's quiet, comfortable and very clean, and that is exactly what you're looking for when coming from the often frenetic energy of Manhattan streets around that area. The rooms are a touch small, but that's to be expected in Manhattan. Highly recommend!

My partner and I stayed in NY for a week and this hotel becomes our escape from the day trip exploring the vivid yet loud NYC. We like the signature fragrance and bar, and of course the hospitality here- special thanks to Edris and Kenny who have been always kind and helpful. Will definitely visit and stay at this hotel in our next trip here in NYC!

This is a beautiful hotel. My family and I stayed for 6 days and would definitely return. The staff, Juls, Jen, Kenny, and Jose greeted us daily and were very helpful.

Overall satisfactory stay due to excellent & friendly customer service, convenience location, above average amenities and decent value paid. Good option if you want to stay in the area.

Positives:
+Convenient location. Near several MTA lines. Walkable to Times Square, Penn Station and Korea town.
+Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always get greetings coming in and out with a smile on everyone's face.
+Bed sheet comfort above average.
+Spacious bathroom counter space.
+Empty mini fridge, hair dryer and coffee machine provided.
+Above average fitness center plus water dispenser & ice machine on 6th floor.
+Good A/C controls allowing Auto, Fan ON, Air conditioning only or Heat only.
+Decent lobby area with seating to eat, chill, and work.
+Foosball table.
+Rooms are in good shape and decor is decent.

Negative:
-Wifi is too slow. Only got around 10 Mbps down on average.
-Thin, scratchy, and small bath towels.
-Mattresses a bit too saggy.
-Average water pressure.
-Walls and windows do allow decent amount of sound in if there are sirens outside or noisy neighbors.
-Wish double sized mattresses were queen size as there is enough space for them.

We had such a great time in New York, this hotel was perfectly located, the staff are absolutely fantastic, really helpful and courteous, and in particular I’d like to shout out to Kenny, Adam, Matt and Jose

The rooms were great, spacious, and they did their best to accommodate an early check-in. The housekeeping staff were also excellent, the rooms were cleaned beautifully every day. Great price for Central Manhattan and wonderful hotel.

The Crowne Plaza hotel is a great hotel positioned in a prime location in New York, close to all the main attractions New York has to offer.
We were greeted with a very warm welcome from the check-in assistant. We checked in early, so our room wasn't ready, but within 30 minutes I received an email to say the room was ready.
We had a room on the 17th floor, so the room was very quiet. The room was very spacious and modern; the beds were super comfy.
The hotel is a small hotel in comparison to the larger hotels available in the area, but it certainly makes up for it with a big character you feel from the staff and energy the hotel has.
We had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza New York, and we would not hesitate to stay here again if we're visiting New York. Well done to all involved at the Crowne Plaza.

Just spent a long weekend here with my mom and the staff made the trip. Kenny and Scott at the door went above and beyond every time, always greeting us with a smile and adding little extra touches that made us feel genuinely welcome. Jennifer and Juls handled our check-in with so much enthusiasm and positive energy, it set a great tone for the whole stay. Small gestures like these make a big difference, and this team clearly cares about their guests. Would definitely stay again!

Jay is the man. Really made our wedding anniversary stay special. Great hotel. Nice room. Clean. Only issues no lock on bathroom door and the water in the bathroom smells strange. Still a great stay! Would go there again!

I stayed here during my trip to New York and had a really comfortable experience from start to finish.

I have to mention Jay at the front desk first. He greeted me with a bright smile every single time I saw him, offered me a welcome glass of champagne at check-in, held the elevator for me, and always asked in advance if there was anything I needed. That kind of attention makes a big difference when you are travelling in an unfamiliar city, and it genuinely made my stay easier. Thank you, Jay!

The rest of the staff were great as well. Every request I made was handled properly and without any fuss.

Cleanliness was the biggest plus for me. I am very particular about this, so I notice immediately when something is off — and there was nothing to complain about here. No odour at all in the bathroom, fresh and clean bedding, clean towels, and the room was spotless overall.

Very satisfied, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to New York.

Amazing location for first time visitor to New York. You can walk everywhere and the subway station is really close. Clean room and great breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially, front desk agent "Jay Han" was so nice to gave us great suggestions on restaurants/places and also guided us on how to get around the town more easily. It really helped us enjoy our visit.
