Pros:

sound proof indeed! didnt hear a single thing! Very clean, staff was amazing room was great. absolutely loved my stay.

my favorite things have to be the sound proofing room and the black out curtains. making sure you can sleep in as late as you need

Clean, safe hotel at a reasonable price with surprisingly good restaurant.
Pros:

Clean nice hotel at a reasonable price. The lobby has a restaurant called Burgerology (which is a terrible and misleading name) BUT they serve much more than burgers and they have a cute bar too.

Cons:

no real complaints. If i must nitpick there is a door inside the lobby that is part of decor that looks kind of like an old worn out barn door. It seems misplaced and shabby. But that's me nitpicking.

Pros:

Rooms were clean, functional and heating/air conditioning worked well. Jose was awesome.

Cons:

Rooms are a little small, and adjacent rooms transmitted a bit of noise. Also it isn’t the nicest city block. but hey it’s nyc.

Great overall stay
Pros:

We accidentally left an item at the restaurant, and Gurmay went out of his way to recover it for us instead of directing us to the restaurant. Throughout our stay, he maintained a great attitude and was consistently welcoming. Every time we entered or exited the hotel, he greeted us warmly, and he was extremely helpful and efficient during both check-in and check-out. He truly exemplifies excellent customer service and is a great manager. Great location

Pros:

Omg Lydia at the hotel front desk was so friendly she had exceptional service I wish I had someone like her everywhere I went she went above and beyond and she gifted all three of my kids including myself goodie bags . She was so patient and helpful I really feel she made my life experience 10/10.

Excellent location with amazing customer service.
Pros:

My family and I had an amazing experience. Every requested detail was attended to. I phoned ahead and requested that we have both rooms on the same floor and we were accommodated without question.

I highly recommend this location. We walked to most locations to include Times Square, Bryant Park and Hudson’s Yard.

We would definitely stay here again! Andrew the concierge was amazing as well. Very courteous and accommodating.
