The property charges a $29 plus tax amenity fee daily to enhance the experience of the guest. This mandatory fee includes package handling, welcome beverage, local and long distance calls, two citibike passes and a one time laundry credit to use throughout your stay.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. Jose was always there to help with anything we needed and was able to answer all of our questions! He was such a big help. The rooms was very clean. We enjoyed the ready vibes of this hotel. We couldn't beat the value either. The restaurant was amazing, the food and drinks were on point!

It is great hotel. Very close to Time Square and Macy’s shopping center. Hotel room was very clean and quiet for sleep. Stay there for 5 days. Love the experience. Staff are always there for your special need. Breakfast was really good. Enjoyed the staying with my friends. Will come back again.

We stayed here over the scorching and busy July 4th weekend. Our welcome from Rey, Adam and Jay was enthusiastic and professional. The room was larger than I expected for NYC and it was spotless. The HVAC was loud but there were no other issues with the room. The location near Penn Station and the theatre district is ideal. I would definitely stay here again.
We had a great one night stay @ this hotel. Jules, Rey, Mott, and Kenny were the staff we interacted with and they made sure we had a great time from check in to checkout including keeping our bags and the bubbly drinks. Room was decent size, location was fantastic, and family had a great time. We’ll stay here again
My family and I had the most wonderful experience in NYC, and the people at Crowne Plaza made it even better. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! I have to brag specifically on Scott though, who ran me up to my room and waited until I found my phone and took me back down. We’ll definitely come back.
Excellent experience. Staff could not be friendlier and welcoming. Adjoining restaurant downstairs has full bar and excellent breakfast and lunch/dinner menu. Perfect location to walk around Lower Manhattan. Located in a safe neighborhood. Jay, Jose, Ray, and the entire staff were wonderful. I highly recommend The Crowne Plaza Hotel!
Bottled water not included — even though they charge a $30+/night "resort fee". We stayed two nights, so that's $60+ extra on top of the $700 we had already paid. We were not informed of these fees when we booked.
The room is clean but tiny. We had to keep our suitcases closed because there was no space in the room. This hotel feels like a glorified budget hotel. I expected A LOT more at this price point.
The hotel exterior is much darker and less open than it looks in the thumbnail. I'm an early bird who likes to take morning walks, and I saw people using needles near the hotel every morning. To be fair, it's not just the street this hotel is on — the entire area seems a little sketchy, though the constant foot traffic makes you feel safer.
Friendly staff, but nowhere near enough to justify the cost.
We wanted a hotel in Manhattan, near the Intrepid Sea and Space Museum. We had wonderful help with directions from Jay and Jen. At the end of the trip, bellman, Kenny, took good care of us in getting a taxi to the airport.Room was always cared for and coffee replenished. Nice area and great Thai restaurant next door. Breakfast at Burgerology next to lobby was really good and filling. We could walk to areas that we wanted to visit. Will consider this in future.
The staff is very welcoming and friendly! They are accommodating. Our room feels so warm, comfortable and cozy. We’re glad to meet a very friendly and accommodating Filipino staff Juls! She’s a relief in our entire stay there. She made our stay extra special.
