Clean nice hotel at a reasonable price. The lobby has a restaurant called Burgerology (which is a terrible and misleading name) BUT they serve much more than burgers and they have a cute bar too.
no real complaints. If i must nitpick there is a door inside the lobby that is part of decor that looks kind of like an old worn out barn door. It seems misplaced and shabby. But that's me nitpicking.
sound proof indeed! didnt hear a single thing! Very clean, staff was amazing room was great. absolutely loved my stay.
my favorite things have to be the sound proofing room and the black out curtains. making sure you can sleep in as late as you need

Rooms are a little small, and adjacent rooms transmitted a bit of noise. Also it isn’t the nicest city block. but hey it’s nyc.
We accidentally left an item at the restaurant, and Gurmay went out of his way to recover it for us instead of directing us to the restaurant. Throughout our stay, he maintained a great attitude and was consistently welcoming. Every time we entered or exited the hotel, he greeted us warmly, and he was extremely helpful and efficient during both check-in and check-out. He truly exemplifies excellent customer service and is a great manager. Great location
Omg Lydia at the hotel front desk was so friendly she had exceptional service I wish I had someone like her everywhere I went she went above and beyond and she gifted all three of my kids including myself goodie bags . She was so patient and helpful I really feel she made my life experience 10/10.
My family and I had an amazing experience. Every requested detail was attended to. I phoned ahead and requested that we have both rooms on the same floor and we were accommodated without question.
I highly recommend this location. We walked to most locations to include Times Square, Bryant Park and Hudson’s Yard.

I would like to sincerely thank Agaibi for his exceptional service and kind attitude during our stay. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and very attentive.
He took the time to clearly explain the hotel, made all the procedures smooth and easy for us, and genuinely cared about our comfort. Agaibi also made a great effort to help us get a room with a better view, which we truly appreciated and enjoyed.
What stood out the most was his kindness and availability. He kindly told us that if we needed anything, he would be available throughout the week, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of.

Great location, nice employees but tiny rooms.
We took a room with 2 double beds. No room left to move around, 2 tiny drawers and an ultra small wardrobe for the ironing board. Impossible to unpack a single suit case.

I had an excellent stay at Crowne Plaza NY36. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, making it very convenient for getting around New York City. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff, especially Gurmey. Gurmey was incredibly efficient, professional, and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile and ensuring everything ran smoothly during my stay. This level of service made a big difference and truly enhanced my experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

This is a well positioned hotel that goes over and above in customer service. Quiet and well appointed room - excellent staff and very helpful. Comfortable stay in NYC and would not hesitate in staying here again. We had originally booked elsewhere but on seeing their reviews we switched here - what a great decision. Nothing too much trouble for the team and a wee bar/ burger restaurant attached. Thanks for making our holiday.
