Pros:

Struttura molto bella ed accogliente. Camera confortevole. Lo staff super gentile e disponibile. La colazione inizia alle 7 ma avevo necessità di anticiparla e si sono resi subito disponibili. Comodo il parcheggio all'interno della struttura.

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben im San Giovanni Relais übernachtet. Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, war absolut sauber und hat sehr freundliches Personal.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und der Tipp fürs Nachtessen hervorragend.

I had a wonderful stay, thinking to go again.
Pros:

This is an exquisite hotel. A lot of care and attention was put in the design of the inside and outside. Congratulations.
The staff was friendly, responsive and helpful.
I have already informed and recommended it to my friends.

Cons:

The hotel is located in an area which sadly is not at the same level as the hotel.

Pros:

Ottimo lo staff, in particolar modo Luca: professionale, disponibile e pronto a fornire suggerimenti sui locali dove mangiare!
Camera e bagno molto ampi, arredati con gusto e sempre puliti.
Piscina top per rilassarsi e prendere il sole.

Cons:

La posizione in zona industriale non mi ha particolarmente entusiasmato, ma devo dire che come zona è comunque tranquilla e non c'è confusione! Il panorama però non è certo dei migliori.
Per la colazione forse mi sarei aspettata qualcosa in più come scelta e come qualitá: per esempio le uova all'occhio e la pancetta erano freddi quando arrivavamo noi per colazione, magari pensare ad un modo per tenerli in caldo.

Gute Erholung in einer ruhigen und familiären Atmosphäre.

Gastgeber und Personal überzeugen durch herzliche Freundlichkeit und wertvolle Tipps. Die Zimmer sind makellos sauber, und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. An Sonnentagen lädt der Pool zu entspannten Stunden ein, während der Spa-Bereich eine ideale Oase an regnerischen Tagen darstellt. Mit den hoteleigenen Fahrrädern lassen sich unkompliziert Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Nähe zu Cattolica sowie zum charmanten Städtchen San Giovanni mit seinen erstklassigen Restaurants rundet das Erlebnis ab.

Cons:

Wir hatten über Booking.com ein Hotel gebucht, das unter dem Filter "Fitnessstudio" erschien und sogar Bilder von einem gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum mit Kettlebells zeigte. Bei unserer Ankunft erfuhren wir jedoch, dass der Zugang nur in Begleitung eines Personal-Trainers und gegen zusätzliche Gebühren möglich ist. Die betreffenden Bilder wurden mittlerweile von der Seite entfernt. Glücklicherweise gab es in der Nähe ein tolles, kostengünstiges Fitnessstudio.

A great swimming pool
Pros:

The hotel has parking in shade and an amazing pool which we enjoyed a lot. The room was quite small, but looked nice. Large bathroom. Had drinks at the pool which came with a few snacks which was nice. Breakfast was good, although we had to ask for a couple of things to be refilled.

Cons:

The room is not very soundproof, we could hear a baby that was crying a lot. The staff mostly doesn't speak english. The room was quite small.
