Si può’ fare meglio !

La posizione la professionalità del personale in accoglienza diurno e serale la camera semplice ma pulita e con vista mare l’ampiezza della struttura la gentilezza dello staff in generale
La gentilezza riservata ai nostri amici a 4 zampe e la professionalità dei due ragazzi animatori del baby club

Nei primi giorni forse perché l’organizzazione non era ancora avviata la disorganizzazione durante la colazione tanto da doverci apparecchiare il tavolo da soli ( in un hotel a 4 stelle mi sembra davvero assurdo!), la poca cura degli spazi della piscina ( acqua idromassaggio sporca docce non funzionanti foglie e erba sparsa un po’ dappertutto …)mancanza di bagnino ( la piscina è alta fino a 2,80m … davvero un po’ azzardata ) continue discussioni tra lo staff …
Negli ultimi giorni grazie all’intervento della sig.ra Francesca le cose sono andate via via migliorando ma c’è ancora da lavorare per potersi meritare le 4 stelle !!!
Sarebbe una struttura con un alto potenziale … che però va gestito decisamente meglio … altrimenti più che 4 stelle si può parlare di 4 stelle cadenti

Ottima colazione, personale gentilissimo e ottima posizione vista mare, leggermente fuori dal centro ma per questo molto tranquillo.

Cons:

Alcuni dettagli non proprio da 4 stelle sia in piscina ( metà delle docce non funzionanti ) sia nella mia camera fili elettrici penzolanti per collegamento frigorifero/ televisore. Aria condizionata non collegata alla finestra ( a finestra aperta doveva spegnersi ) ma così non è stato per spegnerla di notte dovevo staccare la corrente dal quadro. In un 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato qualche bottiglietta di acqua in frigorifero...pagando l'eventuale consumazione.

Es war ein netter Aufenthalt am Meer, der mit wenig Aufwand seitens des Hotels noch schöner hätte sein können.

Hotel in ottima posizione, camera molto bella, ma alcuni aspetti da migliorare
Pros:

Conosciamo questo hotel da molti anni e ci siamo tornati più volte. La struttura si presenta bene, con una bella reception, personale gentile e disponibile, e un’ottima posizione rispetto al centro di Gabicce.

Avevamo prenotato una junior suite, molto ampia e piacevole, con una splendida grande finestra vista mare: dal letto si vedevano direttamente la spiaggia e il mare, davvero una bellissima vista. Comoda anche la possibilità di avere un posto auto interno alla struttura (17 euro/giorno).

Cons:

Purtroppo in camera l’aria condizionata era molto rumorosa e abbiamo dovuto tenerla spenta; inoltre, di notte, il quadro elettrico produceva un ronzio continuo e fastidioso. Non abbiamo chiamato la reception perché erano ormai circa le 22 e difficilmente il problema avrebbe potuto essere risolto senza cambiare stanza.

Anche la colazione ha lasciato qualche perplessità: lo yogurt ai frutti di bosco aveva un sapore acido e pizzicava sulla lingua, il tostapane non funzionava e alcuni alimenti sul banco non davano un’impressione di particolare freschezza.

Infine, la zona piscine meriterebbe maggiore cura: la piccola vasca idromassaggio aveva acqua sporca e sembrava inutilizzata da tempo (come negli anni passati); anche la piscina per bambini non era perfettamente pulita.

Nel complesso resta un hotel con una posizione eccellente e buone potenzialità, ma rispetto al passato questa esperienza non ci ha pienamente soddisfatto.
