The hotel was nice. They do not have a lot parking space.

사장님도 친절하시고 너무 좋았어요.

욕실이 다소 추웠음. 낡은 건물티가 나는 내부.
침대옆 벽면이 옆 호실 욕실. 문 여닫는 소리, 물사용소리 들려서 깜짝 놀람. 금연객실이라더니, 어디선가 담배연기냄새가 스멀스멀 들어옴.

가성비 굿입니다. 모텔이지만 지어진 지 얼마 안되어서 그런지 전반적으로 깔끔하고 홈플러스, 강릉 중앙시장과는 걸어서 5분 거리입니다.
직원들 친절하고 인터넷이 연결된 데스크 탑과 올레 tv시청 가능했고, 침대에서 2명, 바닥이 온돌이어서 바닥에서 1명 잤습니다.

駅からは少し歩きますが、まぁまぁ便利な立地です。
ホームプラス、中央市場なども近いです。
いわゆるモーテルですが、掃除などはきちんとされていて快適でした。
オリンピックのすぐあとだったからでしょうか、少しお値段が高かったのが残念です。
（しかし、ここだけでなく他のところもすごく高かったので…）
バスタブはなくシャワーのみでしたが、斜め前くらいにサウナがあり利用しました。

L'hotel a un service minimum (MOTEL oblige) cependant les produit qu'il fournit sont très honnêtes. La chambre est propre, lorsque l'on check-in on nous donne une trousse avec des éléments basiques gratuits. Une télévision est présente dans la chambre ainsi qu'une chaidière pour l'eau. La fenêtre est petite et ne peut être ouverte.
La location est très bonne à 10 minutes de la gare de Gangneung avec beaucoup de magasin à côté includant un McDonald's©.
Le check out se fait à midi comme partout en Corée du Sud ce qui laisse beaucoup plus de temps qu'en Europe.
Le prix est vraiment très compétitif pour cette qualité.

It was a standard love motel

Conveniently located near city KTX train station and Olympic venues

Walking distance to Gangneung Station and close to Gangneung bus terminal. 7-11, Ministop and restaurants are nearby.

Even though it was the Olympic, means everything went up very high, I was really stupid
to pay that amount to this place.

(1) It was very difficult to unlock the key, I needed a special skill and a patience.
(2) Most of employees, may be a family?, couldn't speak English, couldn't communicate.
Even a mam rose the voice to me when I asked him a question. Very unfriendly, unprofessional.
(3) Room Cleaning: There was not sign of "Do not disturb" etc... First day. they didn't come,
which was OK for me, and the next day they did. I hope they should have any tag to tell maids
they could clean the room or not.
(4) There were nobody at the front desk in the night, but the door was widely open. Luck of
Security.
(5) The building seemed like the one which had not been renovated for ages.

The pension I stayed a week after this was much much nicer, very organized, good Security,
their was lounge with free coffee/tea. Big difference!

No frills, but comfortable enough and in the center of town. Efficient service.

I was VERY unhappy with this hotel. I made a reservation for more than a 1 week stay during a major local event and I ended up staying for only 1 night and moving to a different hotel. I thought it was dirty. The bath towels were only hand towel sized. There were half-used toiletries left for the guests to use, including a half tube of toothpaste in the shower and a can of bug spray next to a can of hairspray. The hotel was not wheelchair accessible, which meant I could not get my stroller inside without lugging it up steps to the front door. I couldn't really get my stroller around the hotel and into the room, either. I wanted to stay at the hotel since it was supposed to have a 24-hour front desk, but no one was manning it, most of the time, plus it was glassed off so you had to speak through a little window like a bank teller. The lighting in the room was awkward. The reading light has a red bub...??? I wasn't expecting much from the hotel...I understood I was getting what I paid for but it was worse than I thought it would be.

The hotel was way overpriced for the Olympics.

We stayed for 2 nights. It was just okay. It is in a very local neighborhood off the main road. The Gangneung Station was a 15 minute walk.

Stayed here for our visit to the Olympics. Clean, comfortable and safe. The room had everything we needed and was both quiet and dark. The cleaning staff came in daily with small fresh towels and we felt entirely safe leaving valuables out. At some point we will find a reason to visit the area again and I know exactly where to stay.

The photos on the website fail to indicate the terrible maintenance and cleanliness of this hotel. Had this been a brand new place it would have been a two star place.

But maintenance has clearly been ignored for many years. Examples are: sink faucet nearly coming off, badly dinged “furnishings”, disgusting lobby looks like a sci fi government office, etc.

But worst is lack of even dusting years of accumulated crap, used soaps, windows with junk in sill, window “tint” using black self adhesive paper, tiny towels even for this low standard, etc.

Add this to lack of any amenities and no separation of shower from rest of bath and you have a recipe for extreme disappointment on most every level.

We paid for three nights on Expedia and another else where but stayed just two.

Don’t book here unless there is nowhere else to go.

This is a very basic hotel, though the price is through the roof. Admittedly my stay was during the Olympics, but half the lights not working, and only providing hand towels when a room costs $350 is absurd. The final kick in the teeth is not being able to check in until 4pm?!?

Truly no frills, but good for what it is.

Went through cheap tickets 3 adults asked for non smoking with 2 beds. When we arrived the only room they had for us was a smoking room,single double bed and a pad for the floor for the 3rd person not sure who's fault that was hotel or cheap tickets. We changed rooms the next day for one with 2 beds. Some rooms have a tub or a open room shower we had the open room shower which was different but worked out. The towels they provided were small hand towel sizes. The mgr spoke some English staff did not. The mgr was great she helped us with taxi's, laundry and information. Overall the hotel was OK it is just was not the environment we were expecting.If you book this hotel a understanding of the Korean Language will help a lot.
