Great Location and Very comfortable place to stay with all important amenities available in the room. The selection of breakfast was huge and was very good. I especially liked the fact that the lights in the room could be controlled by a remote control.
It is also walking distance from a lot of famous dining spots and even lot of pani puri vendors nearby. The commute to all tourist attractions was not very long as well.
Just a minor snafu; the sliding door in my bathroom got stuck but the staff came and helped fix it immediately. On the hindsight it made me appreciate the importance of the phone in the bathroom :)

It was my 8th experience in Ramada I've always given 5 stars for the exceptional service and hospitality but this time I'm giving 2 stars only because I felt like I got scammed the front desk manager named izhar was trying to make us fool at the time of check-in we deposited some extra cash and at the time of checkout Izhar gave us a bill and he told us that we have no amount left to recover he intentionally put remaining amount in the name of other charges and trying to charge me worth 3000 it's a little amount but it's not about money it's about authenticity I always trust Ramada if he needs money he should simply ask but he is fooling guests when I insisted and asked that what are these other charges please explain so he didn't have anything to say he simply returned half money why not full amount and when I got invoice online the returned amount showing me there is more then what I received it means he put remaining amount in his pocket
