During the recent Annual Function in Multan, Guests stay at Ramada Hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the outstanding hospitality and professionalism of the hotel staff.

I would like to sincerely appreciate the efforts of Mr. Ussama, Mr. Mehmood, Mr. Sami, Mr. Adnan, and Mr. Zargham for their cooperation, courteous behavior, and excellent service throughout the event.

A very special appreciation goes to Mr. Umar, who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. He efficiently managed the luggage of more than 90+ guests and ensured that it was delivered to their respective rooms in a timely manner at the time of check-in. His dedication, coordination, and proactive support were truly commendable.

During check-out as well, the entire team provided full support in the timely shifting of guests’ luggage from rooms to their respective buses, making the departure process smooth and hassle-free.
