Great little hotel

Warnung vor FAB-Hotel Gesellschaft

Gleich vorneweg, dies ist keine Bewertung für das FabHotel Exotica Greenpark, weil ich nicht dort nächtigen konnte (durfte). Vielmehr ist es eine Warnung vor FAB-Hotel und auch eine Information, wie nachlässig Booking.com manche Kunden behandelt. Sie haben mittlerweile 2x den nun folgenden Text ignoriert und nicht mir mir Kontakt aufgenommen.

Ich habe diese Supportanfrage bereits einmal gestellt und wiederhole sie heute, da die erste Anfrage offensichtlich ignoriert wurde. Als Genius 3 Mitglied, das alleine heuer unzähligen Nächte via Booking.com gebucht hat, erwarte ich mir eine entsprechende Unterstützung. Nachdem ich das Fab Hotel Exotica gebucht hatte, erhielt ich über FAB Hotels eine temporäre Zusage. Ich wurde ersucht entweder eine Anzahlung oder den Gesamtbetrag in der Höhe von 4.117 INR zu leisten. Ich klickte den Link zur Bezahlplattform und überwies den angeführten Gesamtbeitrag. Unmittelbar danach erhielt ich eine Bestätigung für die Reservierung des FAB Hotels Badal Inn, dachte aber vorerst an einen Irrtum. Als ich am nächsten Tag im Fab Hotel Exotica einchecken wollte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass keine Buchung für mich vorliegt. Über einen Hotelmitarbeiter erhielt ich eine Kontaktnummer für FAB-Hotels, die ich in seinem Beisein anrief. Ein Mitarbeiter, der den Telefonanruf entgegennahm wurde über die vermeintliche Fehlbuchung aufgeklärt. Er gab an, nur für neue Buchungen zuständig zu sein und würde mich an die zuständige Durchwahl weiterverbinden. Im Beisein des Hotelangestellten ließ ich es ca. 5 Minuten läuten, es hob jedoch niemand ab. Nachdem der Hotelangestellte angab, dass das Fab Hotel Exotica ohnehin ausgebucht ist, begab ich mich zum Fab Hotel Badal Inn. Dort schien tatsächlich die Buchung auf und es konnte dort auch festgestellt werden, dass die Bezahlung eingegangen ist. Nur wäre der Preis für das Zimmer im Badal Inn laut Auskunft der Rezeption lediglich 3.412,50 INR gewesen, ich habe also um 704,50 INR zu viel bezahlt. Hinzu kommt, dass ...

Booking.com is disrespecting its customers by providing photoshopped images.
Pros:

Nothing except the staff. Even they realized that booking.com has photoshopped pictures. They were like we can’t help it and felt a bit awkward when they realized that I have been duped.

Cons:

Booking.com needs to stop faking photographs. The property is not worth booking. Rating is 7+ on booking.com. There is no board outside the property. Room I had was without a window. They claim to offer breakfast but nothing was served as there is no kitchen in house and they buy stuff from nearby food joint.

Pros:

Good location, safe.

Cons:

The sheets were dirty, probably not changed after sever guests. I asked to change pillows, so i received one, after that i asked for the second (for 2 od us) and I got it. For the rest I isn't Ask, it was hard to comunicate.
