Bad value for money.

Location. Decent spa and gym

Cons:

Staff does not see on file how many times you visit and keep asking if it’s your first stay. Room access card worked on room, not on spa and gym. Could not use the qr code to order room service due to my UK bank account, instead called reception who told me to come downstairs to the restaurant to order and pay there, which defeats the point of the entire ‘room’ service. Room did not get cleaned.
