Cons:

Piscina falta manutenção e ajuste da temperatura. Está informado 26 graus porem é muito baixa essa temperatura. Até hóspedes chineses que estavam lá para entrar consideraram temperatura baixa. Dica: O ideal é em torno de 30 graus.
Se o SPA estivesse funcionando, poderia ajudar nessa baixa temperatura da piscina. Mas parece que está desativada. Péssimo não ter um SPA, no nosso caso, depois de viagem de várias viagens totalizando 20 horas de voo e nenhuma aguar quentinha para ajudar a diminuir o Jetleg

Eccezionale struttura con un ottimo rapporto di qualità prezzo.
Pros:

Albergo situato in edificio storico epoca coloniale sontuoso. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ristorante eccezionale con cibi di qualità a prezzi contenuti.

Cons:

Staff non all’altezza del tenore elevato dell’albergo. L’addetto non è riuscito a chiamarci un taxi per il Bund chiedendo cifre esagerate. La navetta gratuita per aeroporto Hongqiao dovrebbe ricoprire maggiori orari.

Comfy bed and sweet staff!
Pros:

Such a luxury stay, the bed was SO comfortable and the shower was really nice. We also really enjoyed the room service cuisine!

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

For the value USD70 per nite. Great value. Rooms were super grand and big. Air conditioning was a bit warm even I tried to adjust to 17C. Didn’t expect they also got temperature control pool. Should definitely try next time.

The cleaning staffs were very polite and helpful. Also the velvet Parking staff. Very friendly.

Cons:

Great value. Good location.

Très bel hotel, personnel peu anglophone, service catering absent pendant la nuit.

Décor , installation et petit déjeuner

Cons:

Il n'a pas été possible de commander de la nourriture après 21.00 ... pas acceptable.
Le niveau en anglais du personnel était trop faible.

The cleanliness and friendliness

Cons:

I was disturbed even when I had a Do Not Disturb sign. Also, it says staff speaks English but barely and caused me to have a very frustrating conversation while trying to have hotel assist me contacting the taxi that had just dropped me off at train station. I left my personal belongings in back of car by accident and because the hotel personnel that was assisting kept misunderstanding & not getting my meaning at all, so much time was wasted and almost missed my train.
