Amazing space, great price and awesome service.
Pros:

stayed at the Sofitel Hotel in Shanghai for two nights and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The facilities were excellent — clean, modern, and well maintained throughout the property.

Breakfast was a real highlight: a generous spread with great variety and everything tasted fresh. I was also pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which made the stay feel even more special. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, giving plenty of room to relax after a day out in the city.

The staff were attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly during our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai. I’ll definitely be booking again on my next trip.

Pros:

Love everything about Sofitel. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast is awesome with a huge variety of everything.

Cons:

Location is remote from main Shanghai attractions but the railway station and the Hongqiao airport is close by which is convenient for out of Shanghai travel.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL hotel with very helpful staff, amazing food and the comfiest beds ever!!!
Pros:

This hotel was absolutely spectacular! I would highly recommend staying here. The beds are SOOOOOO comfortable with goosedown mattress toppers and pillows. Huge spacious room with beautiful bathroom with bath. The food is amazing - incredible breakfast with fresh squeezed juices, beautiful asian cuisine, lovely array of cakes & baked goods. Staff were very helpful and polite. Well done Sofitel on always having such incredibly high standards!

I could not fault this hotel.
