Comfy bed and sweet staff!
Pros:

Such a luxury stay, the bed was SO comfortable and the shower was really nice. We also really enjoyed the room service cuisine!

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

For the value USD70 per nite. Great value. Rooms were super grand and big. Air conditioning was a bit warm even I tried to adjust to 17C. Didn’t expect they also got temperature control pool. Should definitely try next time.

The cleaning staffs were very polite and helpful. Also the velvet Parking staff. Very friendly.

The cleanliness and friendliness

Cons:

I was disturbed even when I had a Do Not Disturb sign. Also, it says staff speaks English but barely and caused me to have a very frustrating conversation while trying to have hotel assist me contacting the taxi that had just dropped me off at train station. I left my personal belongings in back of car by accident and because the hotel personnel that was assisting kept misunderstanding & not getting my meaning at all, so much time was wasted and almost missed my train.

It is really super close to Hongqiao High-speed Railway Station. There are restaurants, shopping and amusement parks nearby, which is very convenient. The waiters in the hotel were very enthusiastic, and Audrey patiently helped to solve all the difficulties. This check-in asked for the bed guardrail again. After installing it, I found that the direction was inconvenient. I called to ask if it could be adjusted, and the staff soon came to change it. There is nothing to say about the interior of the room. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, well-lit, and there is no cover outside the window. My family likes their mattress the most. It is double-layered, moderately soft and hard, and very comfortable to sleep. This time, because it was the high-speed rail in the morning, I had breakfast in the hotel. There were many kinds of waffles the most. The old man said that the wonton was big, and the child was very happy to say that there were many kinds of jam. There were four kinds of toast on a piece of toast. I was very happy, but I forgot to take beautiful photos while tasting. In a word, it is a highly recommended hotel. Personally, because I have more requirements for hotels when traveling with children, I like transportation, rooms and supporting facilities, so I recommend those who take children and the elderly.
