Great hotel, centrally located.
Pros:

Great hotel located right behind Hotel Kazakstan. Makes it convenient to find when walking around town. It’s centrally located, close to several bus lines, the metro and the gondola lift that’ll take you up Kok Tobe. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in its proximity.

繁華街や地下鉄駅•バス停にも近く、街廻りのベースとしては最適だと思います。
コクトベ公園へのロープウェイ駅が、あんなに近いとはビックリしました。

CHEAP & WORTHLESS BREAKFAST!!! They would be better off rather than offering such a cheap & worthless breakfast!

I booked a premium suite. The whole suite was smelling like a sewage which means their sewage system is NOT working properly.

When checking in in the evening I told them that I'd be in a hurry in the morning & I need my invoice & all papers prepared. NOTHING was done, the receptionist WAS horrible. INCOMPETENT & STUPID!!!!

Das Hotel wird gerade renoviert, das alte Zimmer war von der Einrichtung sehr mäßig auf Standard der 80er. Gehe davon aus, dass in den neuen die Betten nicht nah am Zusammenbruch sind. Nah an der Seilbahn und dem Republikpalast gelegen.

Pros:

I had to switch room 3 times. In the first one safe was missing. In the second there was something on the bathroom ceiling looking like mold and causing me respiratory issues as soon as I entered the room. The third room was ok, but shower curtain didn't cover all length of bathtub, and water was leaking on the floor. Also they do repairs all night long, move furniture. One night I couldn't sleep at all because of sounds. Breakfast hours can be cut any day if dining area is reserved for a party. Very strange hotel.

Probably the rudest staff experience I’ve had in a hotel. Basic amenities but clean and quiet part of town. They make you pay cash so possibly illegal.
