Pros:

The breakfast was very good this stay. I loved the options available for breakfast. The room was very comfortable and the staff is always friendly and welcoming!

Cons:

The rates were higher than expected but I’m sure FIFA being in Atlanta is a factor.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok

Cons:

The hotel is tired. Night stands only on one side of the beds.
Carpet was grubby and sticky, the aircon was so loud when running and the room would get so hot and humid and then freezing like the thermostat range was too wide. For the price you can get much nicer hotels.

This was the worst hotel stay of my life.
Pros:

The location was convenient.

Cons:

There was no water the majority of the stay. A water pipe broke and we were told it would likely be fixed within the hour, and definitely that evening. Well, at 1 am we still had no water. No shower… no sink… no toilet. It was gross. My elderly parents never got enough water pressure to shower the entire stay. I had small children and wasn’t able to leave late at night to find somewhere else to stay. The next morning the front desk said there was no manager working and that the water pipe breaking wasn’t their problem and they wouldn’t offer any compensation. I wouldn’t return to this hotel if I was paid to do so.
