This was the worst hotel stay of my life.
Pros:

The location was convenient.

Cons:

There was no water the majority of the stay. A water pipe broke and we were told it would likely be fixed within the hour, and definitely that evening. Well, at 1 am we still had no water. No shower… no sink… no toilet. It was gross. My elderly parents never got enough water pressure to shower the entire stay. I had small children and wasn’t able to leave late at night to find somewhere else to stay. The next morning the front desk said there was no manager working and that the water pipe breaking wasn’t their problem and they wouldn’t offer any compensation. I wouldn’t return to this hotel if I was paid to do so.

I reserve the mobility room for one night stay because of disability and the lighting was terrible.
Pros:

The location is perfect, and property is pretty.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons:

The lighting in this room was terrible they were dim and there was NO lamp, I like to read before bed but the lighting was too dim.
