Excellent hotel, staff & breakfast - impressive!
Pros:

Location was superb - literally less than about 20 mins from the airport. Staff were warm & inviting, the social evening on Wednesday with complimentary drinks and canapés was an added bonus and the breakfast was excellent! Wouldn’t hesitate to re-book again.

Loved it. Breakfast was great. Staff allowed us to hang out until we left at 7pm
Pros:

The staff was amazing. Accommodated my request for early check-in for dance competition. Cherita was amazing

Pros:

The stuff that helped me out was very friendly but instead of the building as I walked and looked very nice and modern the room was very clean the toiletries were very good of a brand the room did not smell like cigarettes it was perfect I am definitely going to be staying there again

There isn't anything that I did not like but if I have to pick something I would just say the parking

Did the job for our one night stay after our flight into LAX
Pros:

Close to the airport so after a long flight was nice to not drive so far away. Free breakfast was nice with a good selection.

Cons:

Rooms weren’t the most updated and the aircon did not work. The front desk did send someone very quickly to check it over.

Terrible ac unit no windows no nothing
Pros:

Paid for a room just for the ac not to work and for it to be hot all night called the front desk and Nelson didn’t/cloudnt help me this was a terrible experience and waste of money never again!

Pros:

Coffee was good! Staff very helpful. Room was adequate size. I was moved to 4th floor where some renovations had been done. Better and quieter than 2nd floor. Good shower!

Cons:

Breakfast was chaotic. Not enough seating space. Food was adequate. Location is off the "beaten path" though on hotel row. No place to walk to for dining/shopping.

Allowing some guests to smoke weed just outside of the front entrance made for a smelly lobby

The fire pit didn’t seem to function, hot tub jest’s sometimes operational.

Friendly staff and relaxing stay!
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay! Conveniently located near the LAX, it's peaceful and quiet. My room was spacious and equipped with kitchen space. The complimentary breakfast was awesome and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. Special thanks to Yasmin who greeted me every morning at breakfast and brightened my day!
