La tranquilidad y proximidad a los sitios típicos
La cama era un poco incómoda
The breakfast was included which is nice. The staff were very kind and helpful.
The only issue was that the hot tub was not warm at all. Went to enjoy it one night at 7 pm and the water was cold.
Unfortunately, I cannot point to anything in particular that I really liked about this hotel. Compared with the other hotels we stayed at during our trip, the overall experience felt noticeably below standard.
The location was also quite far from most of the attractions we wanted to visit in Los Angeles, although I recognize that choosing this location was ultimately my own decision.
My main disappointment was the way the hotel handled our room change.
I did not ask for an upgrade. I only asked to be moved to another room because there were plumbing problems in the original room.
Before agreeing to move, I explicitly asked whether the new room would involve any additional charge, and I was clearly told that it would not.
Despite this, I was later charged approximately $200 because the room we were moved to was considered more expensive.
This was extremely disappointing. From my perspective, I was moved because of a maintenance problem in the room provided by the hotel, I specifically confirmed in advance that there would be no extra charge, and I relied on the information given to me by the hotel staff.
The fact that I was nevertheless charged afterwards left me with a very negative impression of the hotel’s handling of the situation and significantly affected my overall experience.
After we told the Homewood Hilton supervisor about the dirty hair founded on the bracket which was delivered by the room services. We didn’t use them and reported when I check out. The upsets were The superior immediately blamed those dirt are created by me. That was very upsetting !!!
The supervisor at the Homewood Hilton at Redondo Beach instead of solving the problem, he blamed their mistakes towards their loyal customer. I am a Silver Status Hilton member.
Ausgezeichnetes Hotel für einen längeren Aufenthalt! Die Suiten sind sehr geräumig, modern und perfekt ausgestattet. Alles war makellos sauber, das Personal überaus freundlich und das Frühstück war ok. Auch die Lage in Redondo Beach ist super, um L.A. und die Küste zu erkunden.
Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln – wir waren rundum zufrieden!

nelle camere e nei corridoi c'era cattivo odore di umido e di vecchio.
La piscina era inutilizzabile per via di un gruppo di ragazzini presenti in hotel.
Abbiamo preso una camera tripla, il terzo era in un divano, non corredato di biancheria che ci è stata data al nostro arrivo, che abbiamo dovuto portare in camera insieme alle nostre valigie. Ovviamente mancava la biancheria da bagno per il terzo ospite. Nessun servizio di Housekeeping perché ci siamo fermati "solo" due notti.

* The level of customer service was disappointing. I booked a room with a sofa bed and paid for 2 adults and 2 children. When we arrived they had forgotten to make up the sofa bed. I asked reception at 8:30pm. No one came. We had 2 small children who needed to sleep. At 9pm I called reception again to remind them. At 9:15pm (45 minutes after I first asked) a lady arrived with a bag of bedding and dumped it in the doorway. I was surprised, expecting she was going to make up the bed, so I asked her to do it. She didn’t speak English. So my wife asked her in fluent Spanish. The lady said “it just pulls out” and walked away. However, when we pulled it there was only a bare mattress. So we made up our own sofa bed that night.
* The pool water was dirty and they had run out of towels. My daughter found a big clump of hair in the pool.
* Breakfast had plastic cutlery, which had the combined effect of feeling both cheap and environmentally wasteful at the same time.
Cleanliness and the food is great
The beds were horribly uncomfortable
Le personnel super sympa, le meilleur PDJ du road trip (Merci Jasmine et sa collègue), la collation du soir avec un monsieur très gentil. Le jeune homme de l'accueil (cheveux un peu longs/frisés) a été adorable avec nous et nous a beaucoup aidé alors que nous avions un pneu crevé dans notre voiture de location.
La gentillesse de l’équipe du front desk et du housekeeping. Le petit déjeuner très correct, la disponibilité des machines à laver, et le RDV social le mercredi
Que le RDV social ne soit que pour 1 jour par semaine. Que l’air conditionné mouille le tapis au niveau du sofa et que le housekeeping n’est pas écouté nos demandes
