Good location and great for families
Pros:

The rooms are large and spacious. Nice sized kitchen with all the basics you would need.

Cons:

1. Breakfast offerings were not that great. Also, the time [6am-9am] seemed too early as when on vacation you do not want to have to wake up early and rush to get down for breakfast -would have preferred it ending at 10am on weekdays.

2. used the gym and the sanitizing wipes dispenser was empty every time I came [3 times I used the gym]. Also, the machines were pretty outdated.

3. We stayed for 3days [with a 5yr old as part of our party] - there was a big smell of marijuana in the common corridor on our floor all 3 days - we notified front desk daily to see if they could fix it - to no avail

Perfect
Pros:

The location was perfect for all of the places that we were going to visit and the beach was so close as well as any place that we had to go like restaurants or shopping plus everyone was so kind and helpful we can’t wait to stay again

Cons:

Could use a little more water pressure with the shower but everything else was so great that we didn’t mind

Great staff and service, but room cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room setup and cleanliness fell short. The bathroom did not seem to be frequently cleaned or wiped down, the hallways were never vacuumed during our entire stay, and the trash was never emptied when the room was serviced. We also had to request extra towels every single day for the whole week. It feels like management or shift leaders need to walk the hallways and inspect room setups more regularly to maintain standards.

Fully equipped w amazing staff. Spotless rooms & comfy beds! Coolest showet EVER!
Pros:

Great large breakfast area with huge-screen TV. I was there during FIFI soccer games! All staff felt like family or friends. Extremely accommodating.

Cons:

Spacious. Well landscaped. Just a bit too close to huge satellite towers. No biggie!

Had to keep asking for towels. We had 6 people in our room, they should’ve left enough towels for each person.

Great stay and super comfy
Pros:

Had a double queen on the 3rd floor and the room was clean, beds comfy and pull out was also comfy for the kids. Breakfast was good. Had a variety of options. Staff was friendly and super helpful when we needed extra linens or towels.

The pool and hot tub where nice.

Cons:

The garbage people left around the pool and in the stairway was gross. One room had a broken ceiling fan. Elevators where far from the rooms.
