The food and service at Milano restaurant. The varieties of food with the buffet breakfast

Cons:

Convenient Store is a 10 minutes walk. Front desk staff tried to be helpful but communication was a bit difficult. Bartender at bar and staff were not well trained

Pros:

The hotel was close to the main shopping district, so it was easy to walk to. The breakfast was good, with an array of Asian and western choices. The room was comfortable and large for the area. I liked having a bathtub.

Cons:

The bed was somewhat hard, but not as uncomfortable as it was at another hotel I stayed at about 3-months earlier. I could sleep reasonably well, so I can't complain. I asked for additional pillows which helped significantly.
