Best location and great value. Super great pool facilities

Terrible experience — definitely not recommended.

First of all, I booked a Twin Room but was given a King Bed instead. Check-in was also delayed, which was already a bad start.

The bathroom is very old and seriously needs maintenance, especially the bathtub. The Wi-Fi is extremely weak and almost unusable. The elevators are also very old, and they are placed in random corners of the hotel, so you sometimes have to walk a ridiculously long distance just to find one.

But the worst part was at check-out. They accused us of taking a beer from the minibar and actually tried to make us pay for it. We are Muslims and we don’t drink alcohol at all, so being accused of something like this was completely unacceptable and extremely disrespectful.

The ONLY good things about this hotel are the location and the comfortable bed. That’s literally it.

If you’re staying in this area, do yourself a favor and book another hotel. This place is absolutely not worth it.

It's a beautiful hotel in a good location . Very comfortable beds.

Cons:

Value for money it was excellent, however, this was reflected in the hotel being very much in need of an overhaul. .Especially the roof top.Most areas very tired looking. Breakfast not good value for money and very cafeteria like.
I hope they do get around to upgrading this hotel...Happy to pay a bit more 🙏

Loin d'un 5*
Pros:

Le personnel était très gentil.
Il serait nécessaire de former certains membres des équipes.
Manque de professionalisme.
Mais il reste certain que les équipes sont souriantes et sympathique.

Cons:

La piscine sur le toit est petite, et la terrasse est très abîmé. Des clous sortent du bois.
La piscine du bas est très mal exposé, il n'y a du soleil que 1h par jour.
Notre première chambre donnait sur un mur et sentait très mauvais l'humidité.
Le petit déjeuner est riche mais tout ce qui est pain viennoiserie ne sont pas bonnes. Mauvais goût. Mauvaise qualité.
Une boîte de nuit est mitoyenne, ça vibre et mon entend la bass toute la nuit. Nous avons très mal dormi.
A 9h ça sonne à la porte pour faire la chambre...
La pression de l'eau chaude passe de chaud a froid dans la douche. Attention ça brûle ...
L'hôtel est abimé, ça sent l'essence dans les couloirs.
Bref loin d'un 5*.
