Great city break, value for money, friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

Roof top bar and pool were great, staff were excellent. Good restaurant at front of hotel. Lobby very boutique style and clean.

Cons:

No coffee shop open, no almond milk available, a little mould in bathrooms. Pool chairs in ground level pool marked with stains.

Great hotel for the price
Pros:

Location is great
Rooms very clean and no bad smells

Cons:

I stayed at this hotel many times, this is the first time the service wasn’t as good as the previous times. No welcome drink, no one offer to take our bags to the room, no option for later checked out.
My previous experience the rooms were super clean, beautifully presented but no this time.

Nice on the surface but the nightclub in my bedroom was terrible
Pros:

The property was well laid out and the rooms were spacious and comfortable
Staff were awesome

Cons:

The rooms cleanliness looked initially good but the bath was unclean and the tiles were grubby
The roof pool had dangerous decking around it
Loose sharp edges
Cutie if all was the deafening night club next door
I will never stay here again

Underrated venue - good value for money
Pros:

I loved this hotel! So central. We had house keeping every day so fresh towels and bedding. Staff were really friendly and helpful, good room service. 2 pool options!

Cons:

Only downfall really is that it is right next to a night club so if you’re a light sleeper from 11pm-4am you will most likely hear it, if you’re a heavy sleeper you’ll be fine!

Cons:

A watch was taken from our room. The property asked to investigate and search the room which we were happy for them to do. They ‘found’ the watch at the top of a bag we had emptied 5 times. The cleaner that was in our room was ‘Aan’.
The manager said all cleaners take a video of the room before cleaning it, however we noticed the bed had already been made before Aan took the video, therefore the video couldn’t be trusted.
