Pros:

The beds in the room were comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the pool was great. The hotel was in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and clubs, yet at night-time, it was quiet so we could get a good night's sleep.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in the reception area, so it was very warm when waiting there. The welcome drink tasted like medicine and was too strong. A simple orange cordial drink would have been better.

We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place to our friends.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the central location. It was close to lots of great restaurants and shopping. Not far from the beaches and had plenty of fun activities to do nearby. The rooms were plenty big with such a nice cool room-AC worked well. The beds were COMFORTABLE and Pristine condition.

Cons:

The only complaint I had was the bathrooms could use a better drainage system some of the water from the shower got caught on the side of the tub and would collect, noticing some build up over time of this happening often. However staff kept the areas cleaned daily and did a phenomenal job making sure our rooms were tidy and clean.

Pros:

Was an amazing experience, the staff are lovely and make sure u have the best holiday. Food is so good and good for the pocket, buffet breakfast has so much variety, cocktails are yummy
The restaurant is also a must especially when they have a show
Rooms are well maintained as well as outside, can't fault this place

Worst Experience Ever
Pros:

Everything was under maintenance, standing air conditioner on roof top restaurant, coffee machine
Breakfast was below standard, hardly any options for vegans. Had to request to refill the servings all the time. At 9:30 am they would say some of the food items are finished ! worst breakfast ever
Too much noise on level four due to moving furniture even at night time.
Please avoid staying at this property as there are so many better options available around.

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

Best customer service ever. Staff is always friendly and available. The food is great and the rooms are very well serviced and clean. Location is also good in the heart of Seminyak. You can book it without a second guess and rest assured that you will have an amazing experience

Great city break, value for money, friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

Roof top bar and pool were great, staff were excellent. Good restaurant at front of hotel. Lobby very boutique style and clean.

Cons:

No coffee shop open, no almond milk available, a little mould in bathrooms. Pool chairs in ground level pool marked with stains.

This Dinner/Dance Show is really an Amazing Balinese Experience that All seeking authentic Balinese Culture should do. It is strictly booking necessary. Wonderful 3-course fine dinner with Great Dancers’ performance. Server “Miko” is very kind explaining about the traditional food and cultures behind each dishes, also the dance what it represents. Great Authentic Food, Great Balinese Experience, Must Do!
