Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. The downstairs pool was amazing and enjoyable. Next time I should have got a balcony.

Cons:

I asked for an iron and ironing board and the ironing board was broken and wouldnt stand up and the electrical cord was ahowing on the iron. Potential electrical hazard. I also asked for assistance aith the TV but no-one showed up to the room.

Pros:

Such a beautiful luxury hotel with beautiful scenery. The room was amazing, the bed was huge with the best pillows I've ever had. Loved how it had everything already in there such as flip flops, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and filtered bottled water. They had water stations around the hotel for you to always be able to fill up your water and service for bringing your cases to and from the room which was handy. The breakfast buffet was lovely and tasty, ABIT of everything and the infinity pool up on the rooftop was amazing. Towels provided for you and massive cushions in the pool to relax on.

Cons:

That I only stayed 1 night, I wish it was longer.
We didn't have a view from our room, it was just a brick wall. That's all.

Thank you for a fantastic stay always!
Pros:

The staff are wonderful. So warm and welcoming. Like family away from home. The beds are superb! Very comfortable and spacious mattress and pillows. Pools are also lovely. I have returned time and time again and they have looked after our whole family. On one accession I became unwell and they immediately sent for their doctor who was absolutely brilliant. I will comeback time and time again. Thank you Jambuluwuk!

Cons:

The bathrooms could do with a refresh however are more than adequate.

どこに行くのも徒歩またはバイクですぐでした

Cons:

部屋がフロントから1番遠いところだったので
遠いなと思いました
あとは、カーテンに血の跡があったのと
部屋がカビ臭い
カビのアレルギーもあるので
心地悪かった

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Good location, clean, spacious rooms!

Cons:

Not that it was anyone’s fault but it’s quite loud when other guest open, close doors late a night and sounds echo down the corridors.

It was more or less clean, the beds are huge and very very comfortable, I loved the pillow menus and the spa is also lovely I had a wonderful massage there too. The food was okay very beautiful plating and the restaurants near by were AMAZING the smash burger place opposite, the potato head beach club some of the restaurants at neighbouring hotels too all excellent!

Cons:

the pools are both much smaller than anticipated and the ground floor pool was hardly used by us as there were many mosquitoes but thats to be expected in the raining season so i can’t complain.
The rooms were fine. I would NOT have a bath as it just looks really old and crusty and the toilets are fine too a few people had ‘Bali belly’ and the bathrooms make it a less horrible experience which is nice. every single day multiple times a day I got aggravating allergies because the curtains haven’t been cleaned since the place was built, because the windows can’t be opened there’s nowhere for the dust to go except my nose. (That was my biggest complaint) otherwise the property was good, some translation difficulties with the staff which I wasn’t expecting but easily resolved.

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work well, and the bathrooms were not cleaned. Although the linen was cleaned, some linen, especially towels, had stains on them. Water pressure in the shower was not great.

I will not go there abd recommend anyone
Pros:

It was dirty in the bathroom and this was not a 5 star more like 2 star
Everything was worn down
Toilet were dirty my sink didn’t work
I will not recommend anyone

Pros:

The beds in the room were comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the pool was great. The hotel was in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and clubs, yet at night-time, it was quiet so we could get a good night's sleep.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in the reception area, so it was very warm when waiting there. The welcome drink tasted like medicine and was too strong. A simple orange cordial drink would have been better.
