Beds were comfortable, AC was quiet and cold, breakfast was pretty good

Room was not the one i booked.
What we liked most about the property was that it’s well located along Roswell’s main thoroughfare, its relatively new and well designed, it’s quiet and we felt safe. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Really nothing about the property was not to like.

The staff. Very friendly and nice.
The breakfast was ok . A lot of different stuff. Wish you had chilaquiles. You know it’s fried corn tortillas mixed with egg and green chili sauce . That would have been a great breakfast item that’s cheap but really good. Plus it’s green for green aliens theme.
L'hôtel n'a pas pu trouver ma réservation malgré mon numéro de confirmation. Après un appel avec Booking.com, l'hôtel n'a pas pu honorer notre réservation et nous avons dû aller ailleurs. Le personnel a la réception etait nonchalant et rien fait pour nous accommoder. C'était "debrouillez-vous, on ne peut rien faire pour vous"
Location is very good and close to almost everything.
Easily accessible
I have been using IHG for many years and i know their standards are quite high, however.this one was not.
Although we booked 2 nights, and we had 2 rooms, none of the rooms were cleaned after our first night.
Breakfast is very limited and quantity is not enough.
Breakfast closes at 10am which is not enough for guests arriving late night after long drive with kids.
1 elevator was working which is very slow when you have many guests
Corridor smell was not up.to the expectation
We were just passing through and needed a place to stay. The hotel was clean and staff was ok. She was friendly, just should smile more. Rooms were clean. We didnt use any of the facilities so can't rate those.
We didn't like the sliding door for the bathroom. The bathroom should be private. That would be the only thing I would change for this hotel, adding regular doors to the bathroom.

Rooms were clean and quiet but they closed breakfast early "ran out" of milk and pancake batter which really means they didn't want to restock it for their guest. Pretty disappointed.
Best hotel we stayed in cross country. Comfy and clean. Great pool and spa. Great location. They let us check in early so we could make our your. Excellent staff
