Bed was very comfortable.
Upon arrival, it was a lot of construction equipment laying around in the parking lot. It seemed like it has been sitting for months. Hotel staff was hard to reach, even after ringing bell on 2 occasions. Breakfast was from 6am to 9am however, when I arrived at 850am, all breakfast items were depleted and not replenished. The next morning, I arrived at 620am and had to wait 10-15 minutes for eggs and sausage to be prepared. This is ridiculous. I smelled marijuana in the hallway. The tv didn't consistently work. Children were running in the hallway at 145am and after 10pm on another night. I had to call security. Power went out twice, i had to take a shower in the dark, which is a safety hazard. When power went out, emergency lights in hallway wasn't working. Neither was the elevator. I had to lug my luggage down steps. I rang the bell at front desk when I was leaving and again, no one responded. I've called numerous times to management to inquire about discount for my inconveniences, but no one has returned my call or email, requesting call back. I will never stay at that establishment again.
Breakfast was variety of choices which is good.
Lost electricity in the bathroom, also in the dinner area.
We were not able to take a shower because only cool water was working.
Elevators were not working we had to use the stairs from 3th floor with our luggage while I have issues with my knee.
My room was clean
It smelled like weed in the hallways. The hotel manager/owner came to my door at 2in the morning asking to see my ID. I was alone and scared. I showed my ID and he left. I one explained why or what happened. I did not feel safe after and could not sleep. I left first thing in the morning. I will never stay there again.
I had to change my date orignally scheduled, the person was very helpful in accommodating my change
Loved everything
Coffee was hot, cinnamon rolls were hard. Kitchen staff were friendly.
Loud guests running up and down 4th floor Saturday nights, slamming doors and yelling profanity then running down the stairs. Guest next door in room 425 yelling into his phone at 1130pm. Next day manager offered points to make up for the disturbance. Last night the exterior door from The pool was unsecured, told night attendant while she was wrapped in a blanket speaking with a man near her desk. She didn’t seemed too concerned.
The breakfast was very good. It was satisfying and much to go around. The coffee was especially great,
The coffee pot in our room was not working most of the time. We had to ask for bathroom tissue, not enough supplies in bathroom.
