Pros:

It was way below our expectation. The price was not worth it for the accommodation that we had. It seems like the resort is not being maintained anymore and looks nearly for closure. The room do not have wifi connection; the Safety Deposit Vault and the Water Heater for Coffee was not readily available, until we requested it.

On the positive side, the few remaining crews were friendly & accommodating. And the food taste great.

But overall, it was really not a happy experience for us. We have been to a lot of Resorts in Laiya, but this one might be one of the worst, if not the worst stay that we had.

Relaxing Stay
Pros:

The service was great. Rooms were under remodeling and upgrading TV and internet, but everything else was very good. Did not go to resort to watch TV, The pool was awesome and beach access was beautiful. The water Sport people are a little lazy, but otherwise was a very relaxing and comfort

Spend your money elsewhere
Pros:

Do not stay at this hotel unless all the over hotels are booked and u have no other option. The hotel bar sucks, drinks are terrible and overpriced, the food is okay at best. The rooms are okay, but no wifi. The location sucks. There is 4 or 5 other nice resorts about 2 miles away that are way nicer, with nice bars and pools and the beach is way better. I ended up just going to the other resorts during the day. Stay at or near to the blue coral resort. All that said everyone was nice, and its clean

The place is amazing, love it.
Pros:

We really enjoy staying in this hotel, price is worth it, only one problem, all are cash basis and no atm inside, hope next time they can accept credit cards.

Nice location but a bit isolated
Pros:

It was a short but pleasant stay, nearby there are no places of great interest and it is necessary to use taxi (tricycle) to reach the nearest village.

Not a good option in Laiya
Pros:

Inefficient Front Office made the first interaction horrible. AC in the room was not working, not enough bath amenities despite knowing how many we are in the room. Wifi was useless. Beach was dirty. Very limited ala carte options but buffet for dinner

Swimming pool + beach experience
Pros:

The hotel isn't modern looking but if you're after a beach and swimming pool experience then this is a great place! Staff are warm and welcoming. I hope they can improve on their food choices though.

Nice on the outside, gummy on the inside
Pros:

Overnight stay for four during the long weekend.

Receptionist on duty at the front desk had extremely poor listening skills. Could not understand simple name recognition. Not could not understand a simple request for an extra key. Key cards were labeled with masking tape and a sharpie, both tacky and a security risk.

Rooms were clean. Need to sign a waiver to marvel the view from the room balcony. Amenities are just a couple of coffee cups and saucers. No toiletries. Though we were booked for four, only two towels were provided. The room could use some renovation. Bathroom fixtures have heavy scale deposits. No Phone directory available, so one has to struggle with the receptionist with poor listening skills to get connected to any other department, such as room service or Housekeeping. Extra pillows cost extra.

Beachfront in the afternoon is good for wading, as the low tide has prevented enjoyable swimming. Swimming pool is over chlorinated. Lifeguards and warning signs are prominent for everybody's safety.

Food and Beverage facilities are very limited with decades old menus and offerings. So driving out of the hotel to the nearby restaurants is recommended.

Best to experience the beach during the morning. High tide brings in pleasurable swimming and water activities.

The breakfast buffet is not the greatest. Food offered is mediocre and tasteless, very limited variety.. Breakfast knives not even provided. Waitstaff are equally slow.

quick getAWAY
Pros:

Arrived in the hotel at around 3pm, room was still not ready by that time and was given to us by 3:45. Since it was a holiday, it was understandable that there will be a delay in releasing the rooms.

Room was big and clean however the bathroom had a foul smell. There were no bathrobes and slippers in the room, they had a coffee setup but there was no electric hot pot. There was also a veranda but it was locked and it's such a waste.

The pool was nice, big and it was really well-maintained. The thing was, the bottom of their pool was really tough! My sister and dad got big bruises because of this. As per the nurse that treated my sister, he encountered many incidents where their guests got bruises because of their pool. But why does their management not doing anything to fix this problem?

Their breakfast choices was not that good either. It was limited and they don't refill it right away.

The beach was a so-so. It was somehow dirty. The good side was that they offer a lot of fun water activities.

What I like the most throughout our stay were the friendly and accommodating staffs that they have. They were really nice and approachable especially those people in the pool area / restuarant.

Overall, we can say that we somehow enjoyed our stay in your hotel but you need a lot of improvement in regards to your facilities and food. Kudos and more power. God bless :)

Good experience
Pros:

We stayed in the hotel after the earthquake. There were only few guest by that time but the whole stay is very good. The staffs are all courteous and the service is good. The food in the restaurant are delicious but with minimal options.
Food are not too pricey its just like your in the metro. The location is just too far from the city and there's no convenient store close to the hotel.
