Breakfirst was not good
The choice was limited and wat, was suppost to be warm or hot, was chewy and cold.
The windows on the side of the street are not well isolated so you can hear almost anything.
Staff at front desk were cold unhelpful and don’t care at all. The rooms were the filthiest I’ve ever seen and I stayed in hotels in over 58 countries. Shower smelled badly. Carpet and elevator floor were filthy. There was nothing good about this hotel. Stay somewhere else, please. Very disappointing experience.
The location is very nice. It is at the center of business district in Semarang. I stayed at this hotel a few years back, and expect the same quality as it was.
The room is getting old and not as good and as clean as it was a few years back. The management should pay more attention to retain the "newness" and cleanliness of this hotel.

The staffs are very good, helpful and friendly
The room didn't provide the small towels. The kettel provided is not good, it takes a long time to heat the water and cannot automatically stop when the water is boiling and the lid has been broken.
