Súper limpio, buena cama buenas toallas te daban toallas limpias todos los días.
Muy pequeño era sabido pero aún así te molesta un poco la falta de espacio para moverse.

The location is very good, a short walk from the Tokyu Tower and a bit of longer but still manageable walk from Shinjuku Station. The staff are great, and the rooms and facilities are well equipped and good value for money.
We had a room located on the street side. The noise at some points was unbearable, as ambulance and police cars with awfully loud sirens pass all throughout the night and early morning.
