The breakfast was super, the location was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and were really helpful with recommendations nearby or any questions we had.

Pros:

The room had a big window with a great view, the bed was very comfortable and the room is fine for two people, compact but not overly small. Very clean and the breakfast was perfect. Great location as well, there is a subway station around the corner and it is not far walking to Shinjuku.

If you are stating a short time then it might be okay, but dont expect anything out of the ordinary
Pros:

Staff are friendly and check in was easy. They accommodated having our luggage early and later which made our stay a bit better as a result.

Cons:

The rooms are very very small! We had to go to another hotel to have our breakfast and the price we paid for the breakfast was not worth the hassle.

The carpet was very dirty they never vacuumed the room also very dusty when we got there they made us wait and extra hour because they said the room was not ready check in time was 2 we didn’t get a room til 3:04
