コロニアル風のホテル客室。とても優雅な気分を味うことができた。

Advertising as luxury hotel, but in my opinion only 3 or 4 star only

Unser Aufenthalt im Plataran Heritage Borobudur war von Anfang bis Ende einfach traumhaft. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, und zu unserer Freude bekamen wir beim Check-in sogar ein Upgrade. Der Service war makellos – jedes Teammitglied war herzlich, aufmerksam und hat wirklich alles getan, um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.

Nach einem unglücklichen Ausrutscher in den Reisterrassen konnte mir auf spontane Rückfrage an der Rezeption kurzerhand eine professionelle Schuhreinigung organisiert werden, so dass meine Schuhe am nächsten Tag wieder startklar waren und wie neu aussahen.

Das Essen war köstlich, und meine Schwester, die Veganerin ist, wurde mit viel Kreativität und Sorgfalt bekocht.

Auch der Transfer zurück nach Yogyakarta am Abreisetag verlief reibungslos. Alles hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, wir hätten uns nichts Besseres wünschen können. Ein rundum perfektes Erlebnis.

Nothing in particular.

This is a stunning property with private villas in a gorgeous setting within view of the iconic heritage monument , Borobudur which is also only 10 min. Upon checking in you are invited to a WhatsApp group that allows you to make any requests including shuttle service and bookings of excursions. Upon landing I had to make dinner reservations for 40 people the next day and they didn’t even bat an eye. They simply provided me with options and the booking was made within the hour. The villas are large, and beautiful and as my sister mentioned provided one of the best sleep iour entire journey. Indulge yourself and stay here

The hotel is conveniently near the Borobudur temple and well served by amazing restaurants such as The Stupa and Patio Colonial. The room we had was spacious and comfortable, and we look forward to the daily afternoon sweet treats. But what really made us so impressed was the faithful service of the staff. We will miss this lovely hotel!

We liked the Colonial architecture, and the size of our rooms was very spacious. Great views of the rice fields, its lush greenery landscapes. The meals were delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. Nice variety for us. Also the staff were very welcoming and it had a cozy atmosphere throughout the hotel.

Excellence from start to finish. This resort has an old school classiness that is hard to find these days. The level of service is outstanding. One of the best resort breakfasts we've had with a wide variety of choices from Western to Asian to Indonesian. Special thanks to Executive Assistant Manager, Angga Ramadhan, for his gracious hospitality during our visit. We will always fondly remember our stay at Plataran Heritage Borobudur Hotel.

An amazing hotel with the best service we’ve had in Indonesia. Beautiful rooms and outside areas. The staff have been very well trained and we particularly thought Bemo in the restaurant was exceptional. However all the staff were very attentive. We couldn’t fault anything.

Excellent service and hospitality

We spent 2 nights at the Plataran Heritage Borobudur Hotel and loved it! It was a convenient place to stay for a morning Borobudur Temple tour (only ~15 min to the temple by Grab taxi). The entire property was lovely - from the spacious rooms to the beautiful gardens surrounding it. Staff were very welcoming and always helpful when we had questions. Overall, I'd highly recommend it!

Just a nice retreat from the city and worth exploring the surroundings on foot or bike. Staff service was attentive and helpful, enjoyed the meals and quiet ambience, not to mention the walk around the property. Rooms are good size, clean and quiet. Comfortable stay.

Friendliness of all staffs. Very cheerful and helpful. Clean room and bathroom. Many selections of breakfast food.

とても素晴らしいです。

No está en el centro de la ciudad pero si muy cerca de Borobudur. Lo recomendaría ampliamente para alejarse y descansar. Los traslados (en Grab) a otros sitios de interés llevan alrededor de 1.5 horas, excepto Borodubur a menos de 15 min. El desayuno está excelente, buen sabor y variedad, mezcla entre occidental y local.
