Otelin konumu merkeze yakın olması güzeldi otelin çalışanlari genel olarak iyiydir.gunduz  resepsiyonizin tavırları müşterilerine davranış şekli çok kötüydü

Ужасный отель. До 16 00 мы не смогли получить номер. Он был не убран, потом хотели подсунуть использованное постельное белье. Когда мы подняли шум, во всем отеле ненашли ни одного комплекта чистого постельнего белья без пятен. А когда мы отказались в таком ужасном номере, нам не вернули денег за сутки, т.к. резервация состоялась. Я так и не понял, как люди терпели все это.
