Comfortable hotel near the station
Pros:

This hotel is conveniently located near the train station with an uber service for easy access into the town centre. The room was comfortable and clean. The reception staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant was quite expensive for the quality and, when nearing closing time, the staff rushed us to leave without it being made clear that we could bring our drinks upstairs to a seating area.

Pros:

It was perfect distance from addenbrookes that I had to attend

Cons:

The meal could have been hotter and more worth the money as it wasn't worth ghe price we paid for it and the parking could have been better

The shower room, bed was comfy, food in hotel was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely clean room, liked the fridge and complimentary teas

Cons:

Room service was 15 minutes later than arranged, no one answered the phone when calling room service. Bathroom floor was a little bit dusty.

A super stay again.
Pros:

This is our second stay at this hotel. Great location near to the train station and an easy walk into the city. Every member of staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. We were upgraded to a better room with a balcony. Also received some unexpected goodies in our room when we returned later, including a free drinks’ voucher and some Rituals toiletries.

Nothing.

Luxury and a minute from station
Pros:

Most comfy luxurious bed I’ve had in a hotel. Complementary soft drinks and choccy bars, tea, coffee and biscuits. All British tv channels.
