Staff can be better at customer care - especially at breakfast
Pros:

Great location, good hotel

Cons:

Told about breakfast for free / then told it was a room upgrade however I always have the same room when I visit, 4th time with the same room. Paid full price even though on the day it was cheaper to book a room with breakfast then the vost I paid for just the room. Had to pay for breakfast x 2 when one could gave been given free

Pros:

Ubicación cerca de la estación (150 metros). Perfecto si se llega en tren. Hotel moderno, habitación y baño amplios y cómodos.

Cons:

Un poco lejos del centro histórico, unos 20 minutos a pie. Hay alternativa de autobuses frecuentes desde la estación de tren

Really pleased. Would likely return.
Pros:

The hotel was well appointed and comfortable. The rooms were lovely with luxurious beds and furnishings. The mini bar was a nice touch - although I didn’t partake in the soft drinks. The hotel was also extremely quiet both externally and with the presence of other guests. Overall a very relaxing stay.

Cons:

The breakfast had a fantastic selection of cold and hot items. However the dietary requirements leave a lot to be desired. My wife who has a dairy intolerance queried the contents of the muesli/yoghurt bar as the label simply stated soya as an allergen…only to be told by the chef on the line that “Of course there is yoghurt in there” - this was raised at the time of checkout but nothing was done by way of compensation or apology other than half hearted “Sorry” a 10% drinks voucher hardly cuts it in my view…
